(Jun. 5, 2023) — It is unclear at this time who is behind the circulating stories since early March 2023 with disinformation about Ron DeSantis’s mother Karen Ann (nee Rogers) DeSantis’ birth location. The disinformation articles claim she was born in Poland and later moved with her parents to the USA. See the articles here and here.
But that statement per my genealogy research is not true. Most of these sites are not allowing comments to counteract the false information therein. They seem to want it to spread unimpeded and unchallenged. Note: These “clever disinformation use of the place name of Poland” articles may get edited, changed, or “corrected” once the false, deceptive, and misleading statement in them are revealed. Given that I believe this was done as purposeful disinformation to stir up potential constitutional eligibility issues for Ron DeSantis, the articles will likely either disappear or get “corrected” without explanation. So take a screen shot of them or make a PDF copy of the articles as they exist today. And if anyone can learn the true “disinformation apple seed” person or organization behind this campaign, do let me know. Several Republican candidates for President and/or ones hoping for a VP slot are not a "natural born Citizen" (nbC) of the United States (Nikki Haley being one and probably Vivek Ramashamy too to name just a couple and there are many more) and are thus not being an nbC they not constitutionally eligible for the office they seek. But Donald Trump and Ron DeSantis are not among them. They are both a "natural born Citizen" of the United States born to U.S. Citizen parents at the time of their birth in the USA.
And of course Obama and Harris were not constitutionally eligible but with the enabling media, congress, and courts they got away with it thus far. There was an old joke about political operatives pushing candidates to the naive public.
“They are pretty sure he’s going to be the nominee. His aides are busy right now building the log cabin he was born in.”
I think the ante has been upped. Now they have to prove the candidate was born in a manger.
Oh yes. This again. It’s like chem trails. No one can convince them otherwise.

“As long as he’s born in the USA *AND* one parent is an natural born USA citizen ...”
Remember that is the problem we have with the “Dreamers”. Most of them have parents that both are illegals but they think they are USA citizens simply because they were born in the USA. I know that ‘anchor babies’ are currently allowed but we need to change that ASAP.
Some Freepers say that both of your parents must have been American citizens when you were born, to be a natural born citizen
Other Freepers say that being born an American citizen makes you natural born, regardless of your parents citizenship.
This is a never ending debate .
