Cheap bikes are nice, but free is even cheaper than cheap.
Residents of the asylum seekers’ center in Dronten will soon be able to purchase a cheap bicycle. A workshop for bicycle maintenance will also be available. The Central Agency for the Reception of Asylum Seekers (COA) hopes that this will reduce the number of bicycle thefts in the area…
The police will deliver part of the 150 bicycles. These are specimens that were once seized and for which no one has reported. The COA is still looking for the remainder. “We fix up the bicycles and make them available for a reasonable price, between 20 and 50 euros.”
So bicycles that were stolen from Dutch residents whose owners weren’t found will be offered for sale to Muslim migrants for between around $20 to $50.
The migrant officials claim that the migrants didn’t steal the bikes, just bought them from the bicycle thieves, who for some reason, entirely unrelated to the migrant invaders, began stealing bikes in the area. Occam’s Razor rebels, but sure, let’s go with that story. The already gargantuan fortunes being expended on the migrant invaders will be supplemented with a bike center and a bunch of heavily discounted bikes.

to answer both of your questions: it sure seems like it.
I do not understand European countries inviting millions of young males from third world countries. These men have no job skills and in many case poor language skills, not just in the new country but in their home country as well.
Respect their culture. Chop off a hand, or in this case a foot, whenever they are caught.

When the Germans withdrew from the Netherlands in WWII, they took every single bicycle in the country.
For decades afterwards, at soccer games against German teams, the fans would chant “Return our bicycles!”
Yes, it is called by various names but it all boils down to being turned over to depraved minds because they first give glory (worship) to the creation and were ungrateful for the Lord’s gifts.
Looks like enabling and wealth transference. Are the unclaimed bicycles available only to Muslim immigrants? That’s racist and discrimination against your own people. I am sure even in the Netherlands there are working poor Dutch who would like a cheap bicycle.

During WW II many brave and righteous Europeans risked their lives to hide Jews from the Nazis. The Anne Frank story is perhaps the most well-known case.
Now everyone in Western Europe wants to be righteous. That want to be warm and welcoming. What these idiots don’t realize is that the Muslims are the Nazis here. They are the Anne Franks. They are the ones who will suffer as the story plays out.
What makes them think that the migrants will be happy with a $20 bike. They’ll call it racist, condescending and patronizing. They want the cool, pricey bikes like everybody else.
