Target's chief diversity and inclusion officer has suggested that white women should help tackle systemic racism in the workplace by using their voice more.
Keira Fernandez made the comment earlier this year, encouraging white women to speak up against transgressions 'so the woman of color in the room doesn't always have to.'
She then spoke to a white person on the panel, and made the claim that in certain spaces their voice would 'be heard differently than mine.'
Fernandez said: 'And that is why we're doing this work. That's why it's so important to have this conversation.
'But we also can't ignore the systemic history that got us here and then the things that we have to do differently to remove those barriers. Use your voice.'

Local radio talk guy said last year the “Diversity Officer” is found at every college and university (and then woke companies). The perfect cushy job for life. If anyone says a word against him or her, they lash out at the hapless racist gay basher and they lose their job and professional license.

And diversity job success is based on how many victims they find who weren’t woke enough.

My late wife had us not set foot there after a long ago huge data breach.
It was the company they hired to work on the new cashier computers. They only took the Target job purposely in order to install card and PIN readers saving information for every transaction at all of the terminals====including ours====and sell it on the dark web.
We weren’t seriously harmed but it was a wakeup call for how bad these actors are. And how stupid Target’s bosses are.

Does anyone know the racial make up or corporate diversity chiefs? Do they reflect the racial make up of the US or are they exempt from diversity?
Target needs to open stores in San Francisco. They will move plenty of merchandise. Of course, no one will actually be purchasing the goods.
Haven’t been in a Target store since they started way back allowing men to go into female heads.
How can white women eradicate racism when all white people are racist?
That becomes a problem if they've never seen systemic racism in the workplace.
