Special-counsel John Durham just issued his final report on wrongdoing within the FBI, CIA, and the Department of Justice.
The summary confirms that our premier investigatory and intelligence agencies interfered in the 2016 and 2020 presidential campaigns.
Directors and high-ranking FBI officials lied under oath. They misled Congress. They altered court documents and deceived federal judges.
The FBI hired a foreign national to gather dirt on Donald Trump’s 2016 campaign—while he was being paid by the rival Hillary Clinton campaign.
The FBI contracted Twitter to suppress news stories. It kept the Hunter Biden laptop under wraps, even as former intelligence officials flat out lied it was likely “Russian disinformation.” That was a blatant effort to aid the 2020 Biden campaign.

The Right OTOH is fundamentally a practical ideology. Its principles are "let's do what's right" (morally/theologically) and "let's do what makes the most sense" (i.e., what works and is most efficient). The Right rests on a foundation of equilibrium and balance.

VDH Is brilliant. He articulates the issues almost to perfection. Everybody just goes “ Ho, Hum” and next time…..it gets worse. I love VDH, but guys like him look like the play-by-play commentator who is broadcasting the demise of of Republic.
That is exactly what he is doing.
It seems that nothing the Left does or proposes is workable, thinkable or efficient...and is NEVER ethical. Leap frogging protocols, breaking the rules and obstructing proper opposition is not government.
It's pretty amazing when you consider that the US is the home of William James’ ‘pragmatism’...the very unique and universally acclaimed American contribution to philosophy.
Doing things wrong and against the common good doesn't work for individuals, for any organization or government. That approach only creates more problems.
However, if you factor power, self aggrandizement and unlimited opportunities for personal gain into the equation...it works for the Liberals in their view of ‘government’.

Victor Hanson is a keen observer.
Whatever he writes deserves serious attention.
This column demonizes the left with the FACTS.
Demonizing the left with the facts cannot be overdone, particularly when Elite Stream Media is doing the opposite by lionizing the left with lies.
IMHO there is one summary observation missing from this column.
That observation can be typified by Newt’s Gingrich claim that somehow the debt ceiling agreement was a “victory” which he posted on social media and followed up today with a column published on Fox News website.
Newt Gingrich may not be a leftist, but he might as well be as he has been and still is a collaborator in selling out the republic.
Hanson’s column should’ve have concluded with a question?
Where’s the ORGANIZED pushback from an opposition political party?
There is none.
Newt Gingrich takes a pay check from Fox News which is an arm of the Evil Media Empire of Rupert Murdoch.
Former speaker Paul Ryan may not sign Gingrich’s checks but he might as well as he sits prominently on the Evil Empire’s corporate board.
Hanson is perpetuating a myth that patriots are fighting the hard Marxist left.
They are the enemy, that is true.
But the taking down of this Republic is not solely being done by the Marxist left.
Europe fell in WW II not solely because the evil of Hitler but because of the “collaborators”.
History repeats itself.
This republic is in free fall because men like Gingrich are collaborating with evildoers and claiming victory when they do so.
Evil CANNOT be overcome unless it is first resisted.
Hanson’s brilliant insights beg the question.
Where is the organized resistance to evil?
I can absolutely state where it is not.
The organized resistance to the evils listed by Hanson will not be found on the Evil Media Empire of Rupert Murdoch.

The moral, cultural, and political degeneration of the USA is due primarily to the decadence of Western Civilization.
Decadence afflicts all civilizations. Wise men knew it would come to America some day but did not expect it so soon.
In my youth, America was so strong and morally sound that I could not imagine how it could ever come about. Now I know.
The decadence is being pushed and exploited by America's enemies, both domestic and foreign.
There have always been opportunists salivating over the possibility of seizing America and her vast resources for themselves, but never before was it a real possibility. The decadence has weakened America to the extent that they now consider it possible.
Greedy American politicians and other opportunists have long watched for the chance to act.
So have ambitious opportunists of foreign countries.
How could the enormous power, resources, and riches of America not tempt greedy opportunists?
The cultural and moral rot of America has doomed her--unless the American People themselves seize control of their nation and reverse the decay.
Unless they come to their senses, establish America once again on a firm moral and political foundation, reject the rot and decay, and make the USA once again the bastion of strength it has always been, the United States will be destroyed and America and the American People will be conquered, by their enemies, domestic and foreign.
The American People have allowed America to be weakened enough to tempt her enemies to vanquish her. Unless the American People save her, they will.
