President Trump just called Ron DeSantis a globalist. He’s 100% right. Here’s a long thread with everything i know so far to validate his point.
1. War
DeSantis said Trump wasn’t tough enough on Russia and advocated for more lethal aid to Ukraine.
He also voted to sanction Iran, Russia and North Korea while Trump opposed it. Earlier he wrote a joint letter to John Kerry, asking him to force Ukraine to join EU to fight against Russia. His former press secretary is a foreign agent who worked for a Zelensky official.
He seemed to support a regime change in Venezuela. Called the current regime illegitimate and wanted a “free Venezuela”.
He also supported the unending war in Afghanistan, called to use everything in our arsenal.
Not to mention his best friend Kent Stermon, who was the COO of Total Military Management. DeSantis lived in his condo when he was in congress. And of course in return, he appointed him on board after he became the governor, just like he did to other lobbyists.

To understand the difference, one must look at the RNC not as a political party but as a private corporation, following the political dictates of the U.S. Chamber of Crypto-Fascist Crony Commerce national economic policy. This also explains why the left and many on the right will do what is necessary to prevent Trump from winning the presidency in 2024.

Unfortunately, the RNC has been doing that for years. I learned a long time ago, not to follow the candidate the RNC (GOPe) is pushing, nor the media. My first impression when I see that happening, is to run the other way.
I’m sure you have the answer to a rhetorical question. Please enlighten me.
Under DeSantis and previous Republican Governors before him, they turned Florida into a model state for how elections should be run and somehow you pick this topic to criticize DeSantis.
BTW, your characterization of the entire episode comes into question based on this article, in fact you have it entirely wrong.

Why have the groomers at Disney been donating so much money to Trump? I’m sure you’re aware they were the second largest donor to Trump after the Adelson in 2020.
Yes, those neocons will take you down when you’re no longer helpful to them. They own the system, particularly the war machine. If Ron thinks he can bargain with the devil without paying a heavy price, he is sorely mistaken. There are many examples here and abroad throughout history.
Apparently you missed my comment on this thread, that the reason DeSantis was able to get things through the State Legislature during his first term as Governor was that he's had a more than 2-1 Republican majority in both Houses of the State Legislature. Since 1994 in the Florida Senate, and 1996 in the Florida House, Republican have been in control of both Houses of the Florida State Legislature. That's why things have been allowed to get done. If he didn't have those majorities, he, and every Republican Governor before him would do shit.

It doesn’t matter. If DeSantis wins the presidency he will be completely beholding to the Chamber’s bidding. Read the article and you will know what I am talking about.

Isn’t that how it’s supposed to work.
When it comes to election results, you might have missed that under DeSantis, Florida redrew the congressional districts which allowed Florida to have 20-8 Republican Majority.
He also won by nearly 20% and over 1 million votes, which indicates to me the citizens of Florida approved of the job he was doing.
