America First Legal Files Federal Civil Rights Complaint Against Alaska Airlines for Unlawful and Racist Hiring Practices

Today, as part of its initiative under the Center for Legal Equality, America First Legal (AFL) asked the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to open a civil rights investigation into Alaska Air, Inc., for engaging in unlawful, discriminatory hiring practices.

The publicly traded corporation has openly stated its commitment to racial equity in its operations, which unlawfully limits, segregates, and/or classifies applicants for employment based on race – a patent violation of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964:

Companies are openly discriminating against whites, especially American white males, in their hiring practices. I'm glad to see America First Legal team taking on so many of these companies and fighting back on behalf of those who are being discriminated against.

Seems to me ALL businesses should be hiring the best, most qualified, person...period. If the “best, most qualified” people happen to be 100% black, so be it. Likewise, if they all are white, so be it. Hiring based on quotas or equality is stupid under any circumstances, but even more so if they are responsible for hundreds of lives in the process.

The “science” is trying to say that any difference in workplace distributions by race and/or sex is evidence of discrimination. This “science” is the same as used in the master race determination.

I’ve been wondering for some time when the Civil Rights Act of 1964 was repealed, since despite its clear language to the contrary, discrimination against white males is openly proclaimed by corporations, public and private education, and all manner of groups.
