Seems to me ALL businesses should be hiring the best, most qualified, person...period. If the “best, most qualified” people happen to be 100% black, so be it. Likewise, if they all are white, so be it. Hiring based on quotas or equality is stupid under any circumstances, but even more so if they are responsible for hundreds of lives in the process.
C'mon man! You are so last decade. Equality is so out of date. What they demand now is equity . . . homogenized results except, of course, for the ruling class who are more equal than others.
