Maybe Mr. Carter made that big announcement of Home based Hospice treatment too early. 3 months later, and still ‘sleeping soundly’? Oh well. It’s not like he has to worry about the expense.

Yes, indeed. Some folks point out Carter’s many flaws. True that. But he governed as classical liberal. Lots of serious mistakes, but nothing evil. I wish him and his family well.
Side story: I was having lunch with some co-workers on the day that Ronald Reagan passed away. One of them was quite happy to hear that Reagan was dead. He listed all the terrible things that Reagan had supposedly done. Good riddance to that trash!
My co-worker could not show even the slightest bit of respect for a decent human being. I almost lost control. I almost hit that guy. That was the closest I ever came to starting a fight.

Perhaps in the past I may have taken severe issue with Carters politics, however as things stand today he would be 10,000 times better than the current illegit evil demented meat puppet fraudster mascerading

He was a worse than useless president. But my best to him and his family in these, his final days.
Thought he was dead already. My only memory of him is he SUCKED as a President and later as a protector of LEFTIST elections.

As President, Jimmy Carter was WEAK and ineffective and WAAAAYYY to Liberal with most sane people the world over, including myself, thinking he was pathetic.
While Reagan was giving his inaugural speech, with Jimmy sitting a few feet away, the Iranian Terrorists were beside themselves scrambling to get the 76 hostages on a plane and get them the hell out of Iran before Reagan’s speech ended (Yes, to you detail guys, I’m probably stretching the facts just a little).
Notwithstanding any of the foregoing, I always admired Jimmy and Rosalyn’s marriage. I’m sure the fact that I failed twice at that endeavor has something to do with that view of Jimmy’s marriage.
Never thought I’d live long enough to experience a president worse than Carter. The difference between Carter and Biden, though, is that at least Carter wasn’t intentionally destroying the country.
