Most of them are runaway powers delegated by Congress. For the executive agencies, they need to be “enabled” in the same timeline.

Americans can crow about “land of the free/home of the brave” all day long, but once government successfully plays on their fears, they will become stunningly malleable and submissive. Look how the majority of Americans willingly … no, EAGERLY … surrendered their freedoms when Fauci and Co. convinced them they were going to die an agonizing death if they don’t lock themselves down and wear masks.
