FIRST ON FOX: Every administration since President Reagan has mishandled classified materials, officials from the National Archives and Records Administration testified to the House Intelligence Committee last month.
The committee voted Wednesday to release an unclassified transcript, first obtained by Fox News Digital, of testimony from NARA officials after they appeared before the panel for a transcribed interview in April.
The committee is investigating former President Trump, President Biden and former Vice President Mike Pence for their alleged mishandling of classified records.

Did Bush 41 sneak some out also??
.
Jack Smith is still going to Indict Trump - and Congress already knows.
.
Intentionally inappropriately?
Total bullshit.
“In fact, dozens of former Members of Congress and senior government officials have taken classified documents with them after leaving office and donated them to libraries and universities across the country,” Turner said. “This is a systemic problem that dates to the Reagan Administration.”
The difference is that NONE of them had the full unfettered authority, the unilateral constitutional plenary power, to declassify those documents. Trump did.
He does NOT have to follow a process, have them reviewed, get permission of another agency, allow them to redact, etc etc. Furthermore, his decision is beyond judicial review.
The National Archives is utterly inept or fully corrupt to advance the argument that something Trump said was declassified, wasn’t declassified properly.
DC is trash and we will all be better when that landslide in the Canary Islands gives way and it was flushed away with a 300 foot tsunami.
OK, every pres since Reagan.
Q: How many of them got SWATted?
Didn’t think so.
.
CNN and The Hill reported that Biden’s stash are top secret Intelligence briefings and Assessments on Ukraine!
It’s pretty clear the Biden family business was turning them into money and more Cash.
Remember why The Russian Hoax was launched? To distract from Hillary’s classified Docs and Server Scandal. We’ll find out eight years from now they knew about Joe’s stolen Intelligence Assessments before they raided Mar-A-Lago.
They also classify too much, for too long
“classification” is simply one of the many ways that the un-elected, permanent, security state grabs unconstitutional power
Including Bill Barr himself who
took classified documents home in two administrations, but he wants to go after Trump.

I’m no legal expert and Clyde owns a gun store in Athens, but he seems pretty prepared in his questioning of Wray.

Very good video and Clyde takes Wray apart.
“Every administration since Reagan mishandled classified records”
Probably before Reagan. It is a meaningless statement. It’s like saying every President including Washington was imperfect. Degrees of imperfection and intent matter.
One cannot equate a Trump to a Hillary Clinton. Jaywalking vs murder.
OK. So what do we do about the dozens of military and other government personel who spent or are spending a year or more in jail for mishandling classified information? Now that this is “no big deal”, do they get a pass? At least an apology?
Well, this is one interpretation.
The other interpretation is that it is patently impossible for a President to “mishandle” classified records, since the President is the source of the classification power and the final authority over it. And under that interpretation, NARA’s accusations are ludicrous and probably politically motivated, otherwise they are just simply incompetents who don’t understand the rules surrounding what is supposed to be their own area of expertise.
There is no mishandling if said docs are declassified.
But it’s only a problem when it’s Trump.
The Archives are not known for doing their job - https://www.archives.gov/records-mgmt/policy/inquiry-records-disposal.html
Not necessarily true but the topic here is "classified" documents
