The sun is lovely. I’ve gone out and just stood on the deck in the sun for a couple minutes a couple times today. Time to find a nice chair.

We all had a great day today as everything that required outside steps and info from outside our department, worked. We got done on time...it’s been a while. All are exhausted. I need a nap!

My answers to the inquiry early April.....you have to pick a week for them to come, and it worked out just right!!

Select Desired “Week of”...05/21/2023

Services you are wanting to schedule again...Spring Cleanup, Lawn Mowing and Trimming

Comments/Notes...LOTS of snow still in my yard. No idea when it might be gone. You can pick a week you think might work.

It IS nice to be able to go outside to enjoy sunshine and fresh air again after a LONG winter, isn’t it? I read that tomorrow is supposed to reach 60 degrees! Yep, time to get a comfy chair to sit in on your deck.

Wow, I haven’t heard that kind of Wednesday AAR in quite while! Great that things went so smoothly for a change. Does this mean an early bedtime tonight?

Yup. He was on his way to the G7 summit.

At least it didn’t stop the big cargo traffic, though the flight paths were altered. But it ground the seaplanes to a halt. Not cool for their businesses to be put on hold that way.

YES!! An early retreat to my lounger with my iPad for some reading, some Solitaire, and SLEEP!

Whoa! Jets overhead!! Maybe because AF1 is here? Or more Russian jets to intercept?

Howdy, luvie.

Did y’all get out today to some fun stuff or just lay low at the house?

Now why do I get the feeling you won’t get past the reading part once you settle into the recliner? LOL
You must be whipped.

AF1 should be long gone. It was there for a fuel stop before heading across the Pacific, like the cargo planes at Stevens. It’ll stop off again on the way back to DC.

Too bad there isn’t a cam op on duty to zoom in and catch the jets flying around. The cam is on “Otto”.

Good evening, luvie....LOVE the “choice” of sand bag colors. LOL!

And there are even 13 stripes...someone had a fantastic idea.

Well, we got out long enough to find an awesome BBQ place for lunch. Mostly just hung out at home. More of the same tomorrow. WooHoo. We are boring. But, I’ve seen just about all that this town has to offer when our son was in college here. LOL!

Yes! I much prefer Otto to the cam being parked.
The mountains look so pretty right now with the sun low in the west.

I know what you mean. I have little family left and the few who are left are scattered all across the country. My brother is the only one I see once in a while and I’m in semi-regular tough with two cousins via phone and email.
Gotta enjoy family whenever you can.

A very pleasant good Thursday morning and ((HUGS)) to everyone at the Canteen and to all our military at home and abroad. Thanks for your service to our country.

Today is Colonoscopy Day for yours truly. Wish me luck. We will resume our trip to the lake Friday.

How's everyone doing this morning?
