Yeah, it’s a lot of space and I’m trying to do a little besides the yards now that I’m more used to the mower.

Yep, as soon as the sun dips below the horizon, the lightning bugs start coming up from the grass or out of the trees where they’ve been sleeping. It’s such a beautiful sight.

Get a good night’s sleep. I hope there’s a heavy blanket for your bed so you don’t freeze in that meat locker. :-)

Gizmo got his annual rabies shots yesterday. We also had fun at Chisolm Trail Park:

Tomorrow is my colonoscopy so we will be taking a very brief break from the lakes and then resuming on Friday with Comanche Lake pickup permitting. If they call early enough with the arrival time before I do the prep we may do Wichita Ridge later this morning. We'll see.
