Course instructor Jennifer Pollitt claimed the course will help fill in gaps in students' sexual education.
Temple University in Pennsylvania has started its first "porn-studies course" this semester, aiming to teach students about sex outside of a moral, "right vs wrong" framework.
Additionally, the new course, which has become popular at the school, will serve as a "jumping off point" to talk about woke issues like "race, ability, and the patriarchy," the Business Insider reported after talking to the course’s instructor, Professor Jennifer Pollitt.
The Insider piece described the course, titled "Social Perspectives and Digital Pornography: The Other Sex Ed," as one in which both undergraduate and graduate students will learn and discuss "sexuality, intimacy, and power dynamics."

Institutions that provide these kinds of "courses" should be fully defunded - also no government grants, loans, should be valid for students attending an institution with this kind of "education." To think people will awarded degrees for "studying" this.

Not very good ones, I believe.
But it remains very pricey.
The course once you get past the “porn” gets into the “power dynamics” which is the old-fashioned Marxist-Leninist Proletariat versus Bourgeoisie in a new package.
It is just scary how incredibly stupid that is.
The exploitation of women in pornography is a progressive value.
Examples of courses of “higher learning” like this make the value of a college diploma highly questionable.
