Perhaps the tons of fentany coming up from our southern border is also getting in to Canada. The illegal commerce triggers violent behavior. The use of it break downs the decision making areas of the human brain. The brain compensates by using the downstairs brain, also called the amygdala,which is our reactive and defensive brain. This is where fight, flight, or freeze responses come from.
