The New York Times reports that Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg is trying to "limit" former President Donald Trump's access to some of the evidence that Bragg has against Trump.
Bragg is the district attorney who has gained notoriety by indicting Trump on 34 felony criminal charges. The charges relate to the so-called hush-money payment that Trump once made, via his former attorney - Michael Cohen - to adult film star Stormy Daniels.

Legal experts, based on what they have seen so far from Bragg, have raised serious doubts about the legitimacy of Bragg's case against Trump.
Trump maintains that he has done nothing wrong and that the real impetus behind Bragg's indictment is political - that Bragg is using the dubious charges as a ploy to interfere with Trump's 2024 presidential campaign.

Unfortunately, we no longer have equal justice in our nation and court outcomes depend upon your political viewpoint.
We are a country at war. Stop being surprised at the enemy's actions.
“Stop being surprised at the enemy’s actions.”

Oh, I’m not surprised. I expect such, just as I expect the Fulton County DA Willis to indict Trump in Georgia.
However, that doesn’t prevent my level of “pissed off” from increasing daily with each story I read showing evidence of the left’s lawlessness. “No one is above the law” indeed!
The bad news nowadays makes me cranky as hell first thing in the morning.;-)
The judge should toss Bragg out
Not a helpful statement. Maybe offer suggestions to the readers on what can be done about it.
I’m not sure what Bragg is doing is legal. Also, didn’t he refuse to name the charges when he announced the indictment? Has he ever said or told Trump what the charges are?
You’re saying a left leaning DA in a blue district is attempting to hide evidence to get a conviction of someone who stands against the agenda?
I’m shocked
See my comment #4 above.
After you are convicted, you may see the evidence. Kind of like Nanzi Peelousy’s ‘Pass health reform so you can find out what’s in it’ deal.
How very Soviet of Bragg! A real B(r)agg of wind!

Time to feed the pigs.

Maybe he is hiding what he doesn’t have, not what he does have.
Why do we have to have a gov run by
Corrupted crime ridden entities?
Is there no one who says this is enough.. damage gets worse every day.
How in the %^&# did this happen and why cant law and constitution be the way...
Deprivation of rights under color of law is a crime.
Stop being surprised at the enemy’s actions.**
We dont have to tolerate what they are doing.
Border invasion.. put the military at the border
Do something.. do something!!!!!
“Deprivation of rights under color of law is a crime.”
This! This is what I do not understand. These district attorney’s, governors, and other politicians, and bureaucratic agency heads, continually violate the Constitutional rights of the people. They do this repeatedly without repercussions, especially when it comes to violations of the First, Second, and now the Sixth Amendment. Sovereign immunity should not be allowed as an excuse for such repeated violations.
For instance the governors of states who continually implement obviously unconstitutional gun laws, even after being informed by the Court that they cannot do so, should all be charged with a crime.
