The federal case against Hunter Biden just became much more interesting
Washington Examiner ^ | April 22, 2023 06:00 AM | Elizabeth Stauffer

Washington attorney Mark Lytle represents an anonymous IRS criminal supervisory special agent who wishes to come forward as a whistleblower. On Wednesday, Lytle sent a letter to a bipartisan group of members of Congress that said his client “has been overseeing the ongoing and sensitive investigation of a high profile, controversial subject” and would like to reveal his disclosures to Congress. The letter does not name the subject, but Just the News confirmed the allegations pertain to Delaware U.S. Attorney David Weiss’s investigation of Hunter Biden.

Although the investigation into Hunter Biden was opened in 2018, it did not become public knowledge until December 2020 — conveniently after the 2020 presidential election — when Hunter Biden acknowledged he was the subject of a federal investigation. Last March, the investigation was expanded to include potential money laundering and foreign lobbying violations. But since then, there’s been little to no media coverage of the story.

Lytle’s letter states that his client has already made “legally protected disclosures” to the inspectors general at the IRS, the Treasury Department, and the Department of Justice. He wrote: "The protected disclosures: (l) contradict sworn testimony to Congress by a senior political appointee, (2) involve failure to mitigate clear conflicts of interest in the ultimate disposition of the case, and (3) detail examples of preferential treatment and politics improperly infecting decisions and protocols that would normally be followed by career law enforcement professionals in similar circumstances if the subject were not politically connected."

His client will come forward once he has been assured of legal protections that only Congress can provide, Lytle added.

Is it interesting because the deepstate will find ten new ways to dance around the issue until the statute of limitations runs out?

Everyone who thinks something will become of this, raise your hands.

Get back to us if and when indictments drop.

I don’t think that is what is happening. I think there are now factions in the deep state left who want to get the big guy to withdraw from 2024. The pressure on the big guy is being ratcheted up slowly. Eventually, they expect the big guy to step down and they will then do a sweetheart plea with Hunter.

What we are seeing is the NoJoe faction of the deep state getting more and more concerned about Joe losing in 2024.

You may be right, although I’m not inclined that way. Biden is going to announce next week. If they want him out they would have ratcheted up sooner.

Being “looked into” by the US Attorney in DELAWARE. If charges are brought it will be in DELAWARE with a jury of Joe’s friends. Joe knows too many secrets on too many people in Washington for them to do very much.

This is a worse setup than the DC bunch crucifying the Jan 6 people and Trump, and the Dem DA in Manhattan and NY AG inventing laws to crucify Trump. On the one hand they invent and conspire against their political enemies while breaking their necks to look the other way with their friends.

“Case”? Seriously? Well the WH spokesperson didn’t really lie saying “ no one” is protecting hunter. EVERY one is.

Something probably will come of this. The whistleblower will probably be charged with accessing confidential information without authorization. Or maybe the FBI will raid his house, and “find” documents that he’s not supposed to have.

No one has the right to criticize a Democrat! So we gotta make an example of this guy.

I want to know how long can Obama get away with
not having to say what he knew his VP was doing
on those dozens of trips to China that Hunter
tagged along on. Surely Obama was there for
eight years as the big guys boss.

Feds are going to run out the clock as far as the Statute of Limitations, which was the plan all along. One report said the rank and file FBI agents are upset, but they don’t count. Merrick Garland has been blocking prosecution and he has the final say.

Wow, just like Feinstein the rats are starting to sink the vegetable’s aspirations of another presidential term. The Old dementia sick farts need not apply with the rat party.

Was hunter a resident of del when he filed his returns? I am certain there are other locations where his crimes happened. Since these crimes included others and may have included coverups by coconspirators they can be charged elsewhere too. Just because the laptop was uncovered in del does not mean all crimes occurred there.

Meh. The senior official (we all know it's Garland) will just assert that he didn't knowingly provide false testimony and by golly, he just found out about this when you folks did. “Not Intentionally” is the deep state's go-to phrase whenever they get caught with their pants down..

The only way you’ll ever get the ignorant, the obnoxious and the arrogant bass turds living in the country interested in Hunter Bidenskkkyyy’s crimes is to claim that he’s been working for Trump and the Russkis.

Lots of conjecture, but this is going absolutely nowhere. First off, Biden crime family is unaffected by the laws that rule the rest of us, and second.. Americans simply don’t care.
