I stand duly corrected, at least wrt Delaware having no jurisdiction. I still say though that the actions of the judge were so outrageous as to make it nearly impossible for FoxNews to defend itself.
This is surprising. I stopped watching Fox News over 2 years ago exactly because they became fraud deniers. Did they switch sides again?
Many of us have been saying all along that the fraud wasn’t with the machines.
It was with the “mail in ballots”.
The machines were a distraction caused by prob trump lawyers. IIRC, guilianni focused on the mail in ballots.
I listened to the testimony at the state legislatures, including eye witnesses and expert witnesses showing statistically impossible patterns. How the hell does Fox feel compelled to settle in nine figures? The election was stolen. Period.
Lindell certainly will have his chance to present “his goods” in court.

The problem is that news organizations can’t be sued for misinformation or lies: they can only be sued for defamation.
Dominion had a defamation claim that Fox surrendered to. To sue The Times or MSNBC you’d have to get Sidney Powell(who both have repeatedly called a liar) to sue. You or I can’t do it for her.
I know it is ridiculous that the judge just decided what was said was false. The MSM airs false narratives constantly and they are allowed to do that out of freedom of the press. That was not afforded to FNC.
Can FNC afford this? Will it bankrupt them?
Yes so they only avoided a few hundred of millions and ended up paying basically 800 million. I don’t get it at all.

In Canada it is a paper ballot hand counted. Why is that not good enough for the USA?
