Republican House Speaker Kevin McCarthy never even watched the footage of Ashli Babbitt’s death, McCarthy admitted to Ashli Babbitt’s mother. Nevertheless, Kevin McCarthy told America that he thought Capitol Police officer Michael Byrd did his job on that fateful day by killing Babbitt. How would Kevin know if he never even watched the Babbitt death footage?

Ashli Babbitt’s mother Micki Witthoeft called NATIONAL FILE’s publisher immediately after her meeting with Kevin McCarthy. During the conversation with NATIONAL FILE, Ashli Babbitt’s mother confirmed that McCarthy told her that he had not seen the death footage. Witthoeft met with McCarthy in March at the Capitol. Witthoeft, who stages protests outside of the D.C. gulag to support the prisoners, has become a leader in the community of January 6 loved ones.

You neglect to include in your response the fact - FACT - that she had at least two cops on her side of the glass right behind her, and that they did not try to defuse the situation. The actually just stepped out of the way, clearing the range, as it were.

A dumb decision? Yes. But what voices were egging her on? If a capitol policeman whispered in her ear “go ahead”, this is murder. And we have no evidence showing that the cops at her back tried to stop her.

She never broke a window. She wasn’t even connected to the Antifa people who were reaching over the Capitol Hill police officers standing in front of the doors. They stood there and let those two guys break the glass. Never tried to stop them. Byrd was hiding around the corner down a side hall. He wasn’t visible in any of the videos until he started moving forward, whereupon, his hand, holding his weapon became visible. She probably wasn’t even looking at him at the time he moved forward. He simply shot her before he was even in full view of the cameras filming it all. She never got to climb through. She was shot before she even breached the window frame. The two Antifa guys left shortly before she was shot, walked over to the stairwell, and are seen changing their clothes. Maybe you better go back and review the videos again.

With all due respect, he was not supposed to do any of that. His sole assignment was to murder someone, or many someones, in cold blood. The more the merrier. He took her.

My husband and I were both watching live footage when Ashli Babbitt was shot. Both of us simultaneously exclaimed “that was murder.” What I saw was, in fact, straight up murder.

LOL!! Really. My take is from having been in law enforcement for 25 years, and having watched the various videos of the event as it happened on January 6th. There is nothing you can say, or concoct that will ever be able to legally justify the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt.
