He simply shot her before he was even in full view of the cameras filming it all. She never got to climb through. She was shot before she even breached the window frame. The two Antifa guys left shortly before she was shot, walked over to the stairwell, and are seen changing their clothes. Maybe you better go back and review the videos again.
