Donald Trump was deposed on Thursday as part of a $250M fraud lawsuit

Donald Trump answered questions for seven hours and described his 'extraordinary business success' on Thursday during a deposition called by New York Attorney General Letitia James.
The former president was deposed for a second time as part of a $250 million fraud case in which he is accused of falsifying the value of his properties and which seeks to ban him from doing business in New York State.
The first time he was deposed in the case where he is accused of inflating prices of real estate including Mar-a-Lago and golf courses, he pleaded the Fifth 400 times.
Trump's lawyer said he was 'eager to testify' to clear his name of those allegations and that he has 'nothing to conceal'.
Trump was pictured leaving Trump Tower in Manhattan at around 9.30am before traveling by motorcade to the attorney general's office, where prosecutors grilled him throughout the day.
Attorney Christopher Kise confirmed Trump discussed his business successes over seven hours.
'The transactions at the center of this case were wildly profitable for the banks and for the Trump entities,' Kise said
'When the facts of this success, and not politically engineered soundbites, are out in the open, everyone will scoff at the notion any fraud took place
The lawsuit accuses Trump, the Trump Organization and three of his children - Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and Ivanka Trump - of providing false financial statements to lenders and business partners.
His three children were also deposed by the attorney general's office beforehand last year - Ivanka and Trump Jr. both answered prosecutors'

I never saw that he planned to plead the Fifth. However, if he telegraphed that, he is an excellent strategist. If he said he would answer all of their questions, they would come ready to entrap him. If they thought he’d plead the Fifth, he walks in holding all of the cards.
Every bank has their own appraisers. Every city and Town has their own assessor

EVERY LENDER I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED DID THEIR OWN APPRAISALS of property they MIGHT be lending on.
That is between the Lender & the Borrower.
IT IS NOT the PURVIEW of any local DA or others.
IF I buy a property-—the lender has to do THEIR DUE DILIGENCE as to the value & condition & future use of said property.
