House Oversight Committee Chairman Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., said Wednesday that Republican attorneys are asking for "ways" to "go after the Bidens."
Comer, speaking to Fox News the day after former President Donald Trump was arraigned in a New York court, said: "I had two calls yesterday, one from a county attorney in Kentucky and one from a county attorney in Tennessee. They were Republican, obviously, both states are heavily Republican. They want to know if there are ways they can go after the Bidens now."
He went on to say that Democrats "opened a can of worms" after Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump.
"They've set precedents now that we can't go back on," Comer said. "And now we're going to see a judicial system that's already bogged down with doing what they're supposed to do, and that's going after real criminals, people that are committing real crimes, burglaries, rape, robberies, things like that.
"And now you're going to start having ambitious political people like Alvin Bragg try to make a name for themselves and go after big pie-in-the-sky federal cases. And it's just not a good path that we need to go forward on in our judiciary."
Comer also described the indictment as "a political scam. I've said that for weeks now. If filing false business documents is as serious as the media and the prosecutors are claiming over the past 24 hours, then they better have a seat and about a pallet of Kentucky bourbon when they see what all the Biden family has done over the past decade."

Lots of hot air. Bidens can wait til Brandon is in office. THEN go after him. Plenty of other stuff to nail Hillary, Obama, et al on. And since statute of limitations no longer apply, get BillyJeff while you’re at it. All of them. Take em all down with indictments for everything. Jaywalking, littering, I don’t care. If one of them kicked a puppy when they were 4 years old, I want an indictment.

I bet Republicans will pull back from this one. Sure, the Democrats opened the door. Sure, the Democrats set a new precedent. Sure, the Democrats choose the target first and then look for crimes. Sure this is political warfare.
But the Republicans will not want to stoop so low. They won’t want to dirty their hands. They won’t want to offend their friends across the aisles.
Alvin Bragg’s case will fall part (already has). But the Democrats will come back and try again. Relentlessly. And the Republicans will never join the game. They’re too good for that.

Many states have constitutions that recognize treason against the state. While Traitorjoe might pardon himself for federal crimes, he can’t pardon himself for state crimes.
One of the problems is, most of the stuff that is known about, is over 5 years ago, so barred by statute. Arkanacide is not, but proving Arkanacide, THAT is the ‘sticky wicket’.

Do they actually have sufficient evidence to convict the Biden scum of criminal activity/ If so, WHY THE HELL ARE THEY ASKING?
Of course not! The problem is, finding something that they could be charged with, that would stick! Personally, I would reliah if they could be charged and convicted of at least ONE of their Arkanacides.
The good news is, they, like all of us, will eventually appear before a Judge that cannot be bribed, and sees all.

As usual these people are all talk and no action. If they were serious there would have been an investigation in progress for many years now! Target names that come to mind are Clinton, Obama, Biden, Pelosi, Schumer, Wray, Garland, Comey, Strock, Paige, Sessions, Barr. I could go on.....
