This is about as weak a case as I have ever seen. Unfortunately, there doesn't need to even be a case for them to find a jury that will convict him. Hopefully, there are cooler heads in New York that will get this derailed, but anything can happen once it goes to trial.

Did the DA just say he said the payments were listed as “legal services” because if they said what they were really for would have been a crime? Seriously? If Trump’s team had listed the payment as ‘settlement for claim’ that would be a crime?

Wasn’t Hillary’s campaign headquarters also in New York when she illegally paid for the fabricated Trump Russia dossier by hiding it as a payment to her attorneys? AND IT WAS PAID DIRECTLY FROM ELECTION FUNDS!

I think Trump’s legal teams probably knew the ropes pretty
well. I don’t expect to see charges like these stand up.
They are pretty slick (in a good way). I don’t think this
guy’s team is more astute than they are.
