My family thinks I am a racist so I refuse to speculate o the ethnicity of the perp. I refuse to speculate if he is a member of the 13% that commit 50% of the crime in America.
The stocks were really once a good idea. We should bring them back for such criminals.
It is not like he forgot to cross a t on business document that his company put out.

This guy is just walking around deranged, homeless or semi-homeless.... And waiting to wail on someone with his golf club. He does not mind going to jail and prison. Not at all.
Our big cites have loads of these zombies. In NYC they will push you onto the subway tracks.
As I was taught, anytime a concealed carry weapon is brought out into the open, you need to understand that you might go to jail. That means you only remove your weapon from concealment, when you are certain that your life or the life of someone you care about is in danger.
So yes, if I draw my weapon for which I have a CPL in Portland, I fully understand that I may end up in jail. Another thing I was taught in an ethics class once was that the best ethics are embodied in the Cub Scout motto. If you always try to do your best, no matter what happens, you will know that you were trying to do your best. If the fates conspire against you and your are thrown in jail, then at least you will have the grim satisfaction of knowing what you did was what you thought the best thing to do, given you knowledge at that point in time.
