Czech Defense Minister: Nuclear War? Not a Problem.
Hungary Today ^ | 4/3/23 | Daniel Deme

Posted on 04/03/2023 8:46:08 AM PDT by hardspunned

The Czech Defense Minister has succeeded in raising the already sky-high threshold of gung ho attitudes towards the possibility of the escalation of the war in Ukraine even higher. In her view, Czech citizens have nothing to fear even if nuclear weapons were to be used in the battlefield.

Reacting to the news about the Kremlin’s intention to place nuclear weapons on the territory of neighboring Belarus, during an interview on Czech television last week, Jana Černochová tried to reassure Czech citizens about the prospect of a nuclear escalation. However, instead of trying to dismiss such theories, or inform about efforts to deescalate the situation in order to prevent such tragedies, she shocked Czech viewers by belittling the effects of a nuclear confrontation instead.

I think there is a reason why women were kept out of most leadership positions for 10,000 years. Not PC I know but just look at the balance of women leadership in our country today. For every MTG or Tulsi Gabbard I can probably show you 5 woke leftists. Or just otherwise 5 corrupt incompetents. Are you old enough to remember when The Day After ran prime time on TV and the effect on American support for putting the Pershing IIs in Germany? I’ve said for a year now that running that movie again prime time would bring this madness to an end immediately.

“Haven’t these people ever watched The Day After or Wargames?!”

In 1993, the Czech Republic gained its independence. However, 10 years prior to that, in 1983, the movies War Games and The Day After were released. It is unlikely that most Czech citizens had the opportunity to watch these movies at the time due to censorship by the Soviet Union.

Heck, just remind everyone of the real thing should be good enough. Castle Bravo and its aftermath used to be common knowledge.

Just like the NYC public service announcement says “You’ve got this”
And an evil corrupt feckless “leader “ of the free world is making all this happen with help from all his globalist cronies.

“”Are you old enough to remember when The Day After ran prime time on TV and the effect on American support for putting the Pershing IIs in Germany? I’ve said for a year now that running that movie again prime time would bring this madness to an end immediately.””

I remember that Reagan terrified the Russians with his Pershing Missiles in Europe push and the KGB unleashed the European left in rabid and massive demonstrations with Putin aiding the terrorists attacking our bases, GIs, and German civilian targets.

Reagan made things white hot for Russia, and it worked.

The left was fighting Reagan and those missiles all the way.

Hollywood fought Reagan with movies like “The Day After” with those movies still being used by some today.

Reagan and Thatcher did not terrify the Russians with intermediate range Pershing’s. Reagan, using Pershing IIs, deterred the massive, overwhelming Warsaw Pact armor sitting on the East German border from steamrolling NATO and blitzkrieging on to the channel. That is the only reason Reagan ever gave for deploying them there. That is exactly the reason you will have Russian intermediate range nukes in Belarus, to deter the overwhelming offensive NATO forces poised to roll on Moscow. If you’d invest a whole lot of time familiarizing yourself with Cold War I history you’d be able to predict Cold War II moves like this, as yours truly did a year ago. I suppose it was the KGB in Hollywood that produced The Day After for the sole purpose of derailing the Pershing IIs. I suppose the American and European left had nothing to do with the massive “no first use” movement either. They were all KGB operatives as well. You make even less sense when you can’t just repeat administration talking points and have to rely on your own imagination to explain what was happening forty years ago in Cold War I.
