The legal team representing former President Donald Trump reportedly expects that the Manhattan judge will put a gag order on him as the case awaits trial.
A source close to the legal team told the Daily Mail the judge will take an “unprecedented step” to silence the 2024 presidential candidate. The gag order could potentially undercut his ability to campaign on the issue of legal corruption during the primary.
“The Trump legal team now thinks that the Manhattan judge will take the unprecedented step of silencing the presidential frontrunner with an unconstitutional gag order tomorrow,” the source said. “The Trump legal team is considering adding a First Amendment lawyer to the effort to combat this and will fight it all the way.”

Does Trump have any recourse re: the gag order?
This is certainly grounds to file an immediate lawsuit and motion for an injunction in United States District Court against such an unconstitutional gag order against the leading Republican candidate for the presidency.
I think one if not the first motion ,will be to dismiss case entirely. That itself could take time for the judge to review.
Does this gag order pertain only to the lawsuit and is he freely able to speak about the really important things?

Gag orders can only refer to court documents. Trump would remain free to call the judge an asshole and fat Alvin a corrupt Soros DA. He could proclaim his innocence and talk about anything in the media. He could not discuss specific court documents.
Trump’s folks must get this to the Supremes on an emergency basis if at all possible. The whole case has illegalities all over it.
And what does this have to do with the bar association?
All lawyers, prosecutors and judges have to be certified by this PRIVATE organization that is run by leftist’s.
There is NO government oversight.
They can deny you a license to practice law just because they feel like it.
