Former Florida Gov. Jeb Bush (R) defended his 2016 rival, former President Donald J. Trump, on Saturday, calling Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg’s case against him “very political.”
“Bragg’s predecessor didn’t take up the case. The Justice Department didn’t take up the case. Bragg first said he would not take up the case,” Bush tweeted.
“This is very political, not a matter of justice. In this case, let the jury be the voters,” he added.

Interesting. I was not aware of that. I did read somewhere recently that, up until that time, George W. had been considered sort of the black sheep of the family. I don’t know how true that is.
Jeb put his finger in the wind. Shoulder high the first day, head high the next, and so on. After a couple of weeks news cycle, and plenty of evidence that the left is having second thoughts about this, he finally musters the courage to make a statement on the side of common sense. Score 1 ... but that’s about it.
When I see professional politicians persecuted 24/7 for years like Trump has, I’ll believe it.
With Yeb’s opinion and $25 bucks you can get a nice guacamole bowl.

Some of these politicians can figure out that the indictment of Trump is an act of revolution, and revolutions can not be controlled.

Many people including me suspect that the purpose of indicting Trump is to make sure he’s the nominee. It has nothing to do with wanting to see Trump perp walked or something like that. IOW they are setting a trap and GOP voters are walking right into it.

No, that was unintentional. Thanks for letting me know. I like to try and stay on top of those things. I can’t promise I’ll remember next time but I’ll try. That’s my second misspelling of the day so far. Earlier today I caught myself spelling ‘mystique’ as ‘mystic’.
Or Jeb is afraid Bragg’s **** show is so preposterous that subsequent frame jobs won’t be taken seriously.
