(Mar. 31, 2023) — To begin, I remind you of the Manhattan District Attorney’s Office emblem displayed on the home page of your office’s website with the following motto: “ONE STANDARD OF JUSTICE FOR ALL.” No comment needed from me, is there? By the way, I am not a “white supremacist domestic terrorist.” Nor am I a racist. To the contrary, I am a military veteran, a retired (30+ years) law enforcement officer, and a believer that all men and women are made equal. That, however, is only the beginning. Here are the kinds of things that come next.
Permit me to acquaint you and the readers with a couple of federal statutes. They are SEDITION (18 U.S. Code Section 2384) and TREASON (18 U.S. Code, Section 2381). To paraphrase, both crimes essentially involve levying war against the United States and giving aid and comfort to others attempting to overthrow our government. In both cases, the punishment range is up to but not mandatory death. There is no statute of limitations on these two high crimes. Thus, the opportunity to enforce the “one standard of justice for all” which your office claims to honor NEVER GOES AWAY. When Trump goes to prison, he will be only the first one but not one American will care because we will be in WW III and all eyes will be on Ukraine/Polish Front and the China Seas. Walmart will be empty because China will be putting sanctions on us.

Here’s the thing, he does not care in the slightest if he is wrong from a legal prospective. This was a political attack and part of a vendetta against the most hated Republican of all. We had a former President who had his attorney client privileges stripped from him to make this possible yet his own party is using squirt guns on a tank to fight back.

It's NOT Roseanne's ex-husband Tom Arnold who is a liberal ninny. This good man points out that the two bookend occupants of the office are blatantly guilty of actual treason and deserve the harshest punishment before Trump is screwed with for borderline misdemeanors.
