Conservatives call for charges against Biden after Trump indictment
NY Post ^ | March 31, 2023

WASHINGTON — Thursday’s indictment of former President Donald Trump has set a precedent enabling Republican prosecutors to seek criminal charges against President Biden, conservative legal experts told The Post Friday.

“All bets are off. You can expect grand jury indictments of leftist politicians like Biden, [former House Speaker Nancy] Pelosi and [Senate Majority Leader Chuck] Schumer as surely as night follows day,” said Tom Fitton, president of the conservative legal group Judicial Watch.

“You can be sure that there are prosecutors across Florida and Texas right now who are looking for a state law hook into the Biden family,” he added. “And if they’re not, they’re not doing their jobs.”

...

“Republicans need to learn how to take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles and break glass jaws — politically and legally, not physically,” Mike Davis, a former chief counsel for nominations on the Senate Judiciary Committee and president of the Article III Project, told The Post.

“If New York can turn a routine settlement of a business dispute seven years ago into a felony, I think our Republican AGs and DAs should get creative,” added Davis, who briefly worked as a federal prosecutor before clerking for Supreme Court Justice Neil Gorsuch. “Two wrongs don’t make it right, but it makes it even.

“They know the GOP rolls over, and then buys them lunch.”

And then gives a reach-around.

For every dollar Pelosi made on her insider trading, somebody LOST THAT DOLLAR. Seems to me you just need one or two residents who lost money on her trades to file a Criminal Complaint

Prosecute Hunter and the Brother. Throw them into prison and throw away the key. Find the offshore accounts and prosecute for tax fraud. Then, when “Joe” is impeached, throw him into the hoosegow. I cannot stand these criminals.

Hunter is not protected by Biden’s Presidential Immunity.

Any thoughts on which states are red enough and bold enough to carry something like this through? Arkansas perhaps? If statute of limitations is no longer an issue, there are plenty of Clinton crimes for them to choose. Different states may have different rules regarding this. Would it ultimately be the state’s attorney general who would have to initiate such charges or governor? Some gutsy governor or attorney general would have to be willing to step forward and rise to the occasion.

Every Democrat in the nation needs to pay the price. If you have Rats the work for you, fire them. If you have Rats that work with you, get them fired. If you work for a large woke employer, sue their pants off. Do not aid leftist neighbors. They are outcasts from now on.

Use the weapons of the left against the left.

If black were as passive as Republicans, they would still be riding in the back of the bus, they wouldn't have the vote, and they would still be attending segregated schools.

If women were as passive as people on the Right, they wouldn't have the vote.

We will eventually have to engage in civil disobedience! We will eventually have to fill the streets and march!

“… take off the gloves and put on the brass knuckles and break glass jaws…

Damn straight.”

Not going to happen. Many Republicans see Trump as wounded and bleeding out and while they may talk tough, it’s a show as they want Trump out of the picture. This is supported by the muted response by many Republicans in state and federal office.

Not bad for a beginning. Comey. Schumer. Pelosi. Schiff. Barack Hussein Obama. Bill and Hillary. The list goes on and on and on.

Biden is a sitting president. They should be looking to charge former presidents obama and Clinton first.

So in this case the democrats have really set a scary precedent. Tom Fitton’s correct to point out that “all bets are off”. The democrats really let down their pants here, but we’ve seen the democrats vulnerability before. Back in the 9/11 days Bush had the democrats singing a chorus of God Bless America on the capitol steps for a photo op. He had the laser on their forehead and he failed to pull the trigger. Instead he allowed the democrats to go uninvestigated and unpunished for how they dismantled, disabled, blinded and muted the communications between the government departments that enabled the attack to take place. Now the democrats are again in a vulnerable position and you better believe they’re feeling it. After they discovered their vulnerability at 9/11, they became enraged and have not stopped the acceleration of their agenda since then. Now they’re again sensing their vulnerability so they’re going to crack down and step ahead.

If you take a shot at the king you’d better strike true. The republicans in the house and in the AG’s and Governors had better strike on this while the iron is hot because they’re not going to get a better chance I fear.

Trump requested Comey. His AG wouldn’t make the move. So it wasn’t beneath the office. It would have happened if someone would have carried it out.

Screw the law. Just indict him and make something up. No hook needed. What exactly are the consequences for making it up and arresting him? I say the the better approach is to go after thr Obama girls. They smoke Marijuana and they’ve drank while under age. Then they are a flight ticket before trial so take away their passports. Also, I’m sure Chelsea has been to conservative lands. Do the same to her. Find a way to take custody from her. Either donl this now or fight with bullets later!
