'He HATES me!' Furious Trump slams judge who will preside over Manhattan hush money trial - the same man who found his family business guilty of fraud - as he awaits arraignment

* Trump, 76, was indicted on fraud charges last night by a Manhattan grand jury

* He will travel to New York to be arraigned on Tuesday afternoon

* Attorney Joe Tacopina says he won't be handcuffs - but may be perp-walked

*************************************************************

After recovering from the 'initial shock' of a grand jury indictment against him, President Trump is now raging about the judge who is expected to preside over the case.

Trump, 76, will be arraigned in Manhattan at 2.15pm on Tuesday on an array of business fraud charges relating to 2016 hush money payments to porn star Stormy Daniels.

He has denied any wrongdoing, and says he is the victim of a politically-motivated witch hunt led by the famously Democratic Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg.

Yesterday, Judge Juan Merchan was spotted arriving at the Manhattan criminal courthouse in casual clothes last night flanked by two security officers, leading many to believe that he has been chosen for the case.

Merchan previously presided over the Trump Organization fraud trial, where the family business was fined $1.2million on a range of charges.

On Friday morning, Trump took to Truth Social to complain that Merchan 'hates' him and had been 'handpicked' by Bragg and his cronies.

Oh, so Trump broke some rules?

Whose? Yours?

And they are prosecutable because of your moral regency?

Are you that guy who counts to 3 and still gets two of the numbers wrong?

Character matters. I rank Trump in the great middle of the bell curve when it comes to the Presidency. He did some good. He did some not so good. His admin was a little bit more chaotic than others but that’s about average for a presidency. He isn’t in the realm of disaster that was the Buchannon or Andrew Johnson presidencies. He won’t be part of the ‘forgotten’ presidents. It didn’t reach the positives of a TR, Lincoln, Washington, Eisenhower or Reagan. He is lumped in with the Bush, Clinton, Obama, LBJ, Grant, Jefferson and more. The great middle.

It sucks to say but unless judges, DA, politicians and members of the media start getting taken out of their actions nothing is going to change. At some point it’ll be too late and they’ll become untouchable.

By all accounts this is a trumped up civil matter that has been massaged and stretched into a campaign finance issue, but it could have all been avoided if the above had of been followed

and this is complete BS. They impeached him twice for literally doing his job and ONLY because it went against deep state agendas. Trump could be Jesus Christ and they would STILL find fault...just as the Pharisees found fault with Jesus calling him "a glutton and a drinker of wine and a friend of Tax Collectors and of sinners.'

Trump did himself no favors by banging whores

Do you really believe that? Men with money and men with power don't do that. Very attractive women are throwing themselves at them all the time. It's too dangerous to fool around with loose women. They'll try to allege unwanted sex when they get rejected. The more power or money a man has the more likely the loser woman will try to blackmail him. It happens a lot.

Don't believe me? Go to Capitol Hill and see all the beautiful women there. Then ask yourself, why do all these guys want to work on the Hill. Sex and insider trading.

If proven that the NDA and payments were to influence the election they could be treated as campaign contributions which have numerous restrictions.

That’s the kind of bullsh!t that has motivated me to swear off ever voting for a lawyer for public office again.

Those laws are so convoluted and selective that they don’t stand up to any objective scrutiny. How is it that paying “hush money” to protect your public image is illegal, but paying a PR director, a wardrobe consultant, and a publicist for the same ‘effing reason is perfectly fine?

Of course the presiding judge is a virulent Trump hater. This whole thing -- as were the J6 "hearings" -- is completely coordinated; something the Democrat/Communists excel at!

In the absence of our former laws and judicial procedures, Trump is presumed guilty and must prove, not his innocence, but that he is not guilty as has already been predetermined ... which I think he will.

Character matters.

In politics it sure as hell doesn’t. Do you live in the Shire or something?

I love how some by-pass the GWB presidency. Eight years, 24/7, day after day, accusations, lies, torment, hearings, threats of impeachment all conducted by the Democrats, along with the useful idiot press. Sound familiar, it is exactly the same with DJT, EXCEPT worse because Trump was on to them, didn’t care what the attacks would be, he could have been a saint, it still would have been the same, except Trump fought back rather than cowering in a corner.

I don’t recall Bush being accused of banging porn stars, or grabbing women inappropriately, having multiple affairs, ndas or payoffs. I do recall one of our troops accused of putting panties on the head of a terrorist and of course we heard about it for a full year, (happened under Bush’s watch, calls for impeachment)). Also watched several of his administration imprisoned by the FEDS. Every day for eight years, it’s always the same with vile democrats and liberals.

Quit pontificating! No one is perfect, this is a political witch hunt “find me the man, find me the crime”. If you are that naive, only God can help you.

It is disgusting to see the left continually virtue signal, it is even worse to see someone who claims to be from the right.

Don’t swear off voting. That solves nothing. Everyone that is able to should always vote. Even those we disagree with. Those that will vote for Trump in the end I will hold no ill will for. You are doing what you feel is right. You are correct about convoluted laws. I think the case is based on if it was construed as a campaign contribution or such. Typically it’s a fine and everyone moves on. This one is massaged up to a felony which I don’t think will hold up in court. Laws should be written in such a way an 8th grader can understand.

I never said I’d swear off voting. I just refuse to vote for a lawyer under any circumstances.

I’ll never convict a defendant in Federal court, either — for the same reason.
