Russian Energy Minister Nikolai Shulginov said on Tuesday that his country has now been able to redirect all of its crude oil exports that have been impacted by Western sanctions over Ukraine to what he referred to as "friendly" countries. "I can say today that we have managed to completely redirect the entire volume of exports affected by the embargo. There was no decrease in sales," Shulginov was quoted by Reuters as saying.

Well pretty much everything the Russian government says is a lie. It’s also a lot more difficult and expensive to ship oil from Russia to India and China.

Yes, we do hate what America has become.
That chart is worthless. China and India are paying far less than the world price for oil. And the ghost tankers Russia must rely on are very expensive, because no insurance company will provide coverage for them.
Are they taking payment in rubles, rands, reals or U.S.dollars?
