Whoopi Goldberg told her co-hosts Tuesday on ABC’s “The View” that “we need to know” what guns Americans own.
Goldberg said, “Why are we compromising? You know what I’m tired of? I’m tired of trying to find a way to justify your being able to keep 75 guns in your house. I’m tired of trying to figure out a way to say, listen, we have rules and regulations. The Constitution is very clear. Scalia changed the meaning of what the Constitution says. Scalia changed it.”
She continued, “I have to have a license to drive. It’s not a compromise. We don’t discuss it. You either get a license, or you go to jail. So to me, you want to have 7o or 11 guns. We need to know that. We need to know what you got. Because you are now being painted with the same swab all the people who are killing people left and right with legal guns. We need to know what you got.”

We all have freedom of speech Whoopi, but I demand that we limit how many words one can speak each day and you are over your limit.
Words can do more damage than guns so should we also keep a count of how many people you offend and when you use up your quota, you lose the right to speak for 6 months/a year.

The Constitution says The right to have a driver’s license shall not be infringed! It says that somewhere in there but I don’t have time to hunt it down but Whoopi Cushion Goldberg knows and we can take her word for it.

Go to a magazine rack, buy a gun magazine... no not a gun magazine, a gun magazine, you know a freaking magazine, I dunno, Guns and Ammo, you what? You don’t want ammo, what do need a gun magazine for then? Huh?
What about a Shooter’s Bible then? No, it has nothing to do with religion, don’t worry, trust me.
I don’t recall driving being in the Constitution. But owning guns is. It is one that is guaranteed. Don’t have to have the governments permission. Big difference. But we all know that Whoopi or whatever isn’t the brightest bulb.
Although it seems at odds with her persona on The View, Whoopi Goldberg is a card carrying NRA member. But she does believe in more stringent gun control. “I don’t mind having to register and let them know that I have them,” she said on a previous episode of The View. “I want to know that there’s at least some way to prevent folks who are just getting out from mental institutions [from getting guns].”
(How about folks that SHOULD be in mental institions??)
