Ray Epps’s new attorney, who is demanding on behalf of his client a public apology from Tucker Carlson under threat of a defamation lawsuit, is the director of a radical anti-Trump organization, a close associate of Media Matters Democrat attack dog David Brock and a former employee of Perkins Coie, the lawfare firm behind Russiagate and the Steele dossier.

Epps’s attorney, Michael Teter, sent a letter on Thursday to Carlson, demanding the Fox News host retract what Teter called “false and defamatory statements” that Epps was a J6 government plant.

Carlson and myriad media outlets have reported on Epps’s suspect actions connected to the J6 uprising, his dubious testimony to the J6 Inquisition and his connections to federal agents.
Teter — Epps’s new lawyer — is a former employee of Perkins Coie, the firm notorious for the grunt work and disinformation campaigns it ran for Hillary Clinton’s presidential campaign.
The Democrat-connected law firm helped hatch the Steele dossier and actively collaborated with the FBI to push the bogus Russia collusion narrative. In the run-up to the 2016 tilt, Perkins Coie had furnished the FBI with office space.
“We have learned that since March 2012, the FBI approved and facilitated a Secure Work Environment at Perkins Coie’s Washington, D.C. office, which continues to be operational,” lawmakers wrote to FBI chief Christopher Wray.
And now one of Perkins Coie’s alumni is helping Ray Epps shut down Tucker Carlson.
Perkins Coie represented Hillary Clinton and David Brock wrote the David Brock memo after Hillary lost that launched the plan to take down Pres Trump backed by big Democrat donors.

After leaving Perkins Coie, Ray Epps’ new attorney hooked up with Media Matters founder and TDS fabulist David Brock. While not threatening Tucker Carlson with lawsuits on behalf of suspected J6 fed plant Ray Epps, Teter manages The 65 Project, where Brock is a senior advisor.
The 65 Project was launched to punish lawyers who supported President Trump and to dissuade future attempts to overturn elections on illegitimate grounds.

Why would such a militant Trump supporter not have been prosecuted with the rest of those thrown in jail for far less than he was doing?
Epps is the only person we’ve seen on tape telling people to storm the capitol building.
That alone is enough proof he’s guilty as sin IMO whether he was a paid FBI stooge or a radicalized Nazi type. My money is on the paid FBI stooge.

Why was it so important to Epps that the crowd go inside?
He showed up and was telling crowds the night before that there was nothing unless they went inside.
Then attendees are targeted and hunted down by authorities, but Epps is of no interest. They find he sent a Text saying he orchestrated the whole thing others were watching on TV, and still, no interest in Ray Epps.
He was on a mission from the moment he showed up in DC.
Did Epps hire a new FBI lawyer or just retain the one that represented him before?

Well, It’s not really up to ray to demonstrate that he was NOT there. It’s our place to demonstrate that he WAS there. Now we have the tapes. “IS THIS NOT YOU?” is the question... and then counter with “THIS IS YOU.” because the witness is hostile. We have the video of what he was doing there. He was there and we have the photographs of him leading the crowd and sending them into the trap. So he will never show up to defend himself. They can only send lawyers to dispute the source of the information. They cannot dispute the facts themselves. But that doesn’t mean they wont try.
Go for it Roy. The discovery against you is going to be some much fun to watch.
It will be nice to know who Ray was really working for and reporting back to.

As I have postulated before, with what Epps knows about the FedGov involvement in the events of J6, I am surprised that he is still walking among us. I fully expected that soon after his ties to the FIBs became known he would begin his eternal rest in a shallow grave down south of Terlingua TX.
And along that line of thought, any of the other FIBs that were in and inciting the J6 crowd should probably have their affairs in order. The Obama/Clinton wing of the demorat party does not tolerate the possibility of the truth coming to light.
Attorney Michael Teter is the managing director of the 65 Project. He was previously a general counsel for Represent.Us, a left-of-center campaign finance regulation advocacy group, and he was an assistant attorney general in Utah. From 2006-2008, Teter was a litigation associate with Perkins Coie....
My question is how does some everyday schmoe with probably a middle class bank account afford to hire a law firm to the political stars that likely charges $2,000+ an hour? How Epps even got through their front door is a big question to me.
