The federal judge presiding over E. Jean Carroll's civil rape and defamation lawsuit against former President Donald Trump ruled Thursday he'll use an anonymous jury in the case, noting Trump's inflammatory rhetoric about the justice system.
"It bears mention that Mr. Trump repeatedly has attacked courts, judges, various law enforcement officials and other public officials, and even individual jurors in other matters,” U.S. District Judge Lewis Kaplan of New York said in his decision.
He also said he'll refuse to allow jurors' names to become public, adding, "If jurors’ identities were disclosed, there would be a strong likelihood of unwanted media attention to the jurors, influence attempts, and/or of harassment or worse of jurors by supporters of Mr. Trump."

The case itself is an absurd one and a sane judge would have dismissed it.
The problem with that is the government will know exactly who they are. They'll know more about each juror than each juror knows about him or herself.

They try so very hard, and fail to such amusement. Surely, journalism has morphed into a collection of folks barely above slime mold.
As a Believer, I have always had a hard time accepting the theory of Evolution. However, I now believe that Democrats are descended from pond scum and are the product of the infinite negative mutations that had to have taken place. Since mutations create biological defects in a species it stands to reason that Democrats are dumber than pond scum. Which is why we need to drain the swamp.

The only person being harassed is Trump.
Juror harassment can come from both sides.
In this case, it leaves in place the means to do it from the government side.
In fact it even makes it worse.
A secret jury could be threatened with their identity being released... accidentally.
IF there are actually people on the so-called jury. They can just say that they had a jury and railroad through a verdict.
As a child, then as a believer, I have never bought the theory of Evolution where first there was nothing them it exploded and became everything.
However, I now wonder if some Democrats/rinos/Evil people are nephiliam.
It does say in the bible there were nephiliam in those days , and AFTER that.

Will the defense be allowed in the courtroom?
FISA-authorized persecutions, J6 trials closed to the public and press, exculpatory evidence from FIB denied to J6 defendants, protected FIB informants inciting violence, outright FIB lying to J6 court, and after stripping Donald Trump of attorney-client privilege his own lawyers are forced to testify against him.
But we’ll just keep on voting and expect in 2024 a different outcome from 2020 and 2022.
