The trial date is fast approaching. Lawfare?

That’s what they think.
These guys won’t be off the property before they sit down
for interviews.

This should have been over a long time ago simply by submitting a DNA sample. Wonder why trump wants to go through this instead?

Are they referring to the ditzy woman who appeared to be high during her interview on CNN? Hasn’t virtually everyone made critical statements about her?

Carroll claims Trump sexually assaulted her in a Bergdorf Goodman dressing roomWhen I rape I always choose a public dressing room, in an expensive store with security. One scream would send them running to the dressing room. However, I admit raping in public makes it risky and dangerous for me. This only adds to the pleasure and sexual intensity of my crimes as I degrade and humiliate my victim. Sarcasm now off.
This did not happen. I hope Donald Trump sues her down to her last penny and more.

She made the claim decades after.

Bergdorf Goodman? That’s a store for fake rich people, not real rich people.
Trump wouldn’t give that hag the time of day if he somehow walked in that store to give money away to middle class wannabes.

An expensive department store in Midtown Manhattan can be expected to have top-notch security, with cameras watching each dressing room entrance.

Indeed, Mr. Trump himself has made critical statements on social media regarding the grand jury foreperson in Atlanta, Georgia Pro tip: grand juries are always anonymous. That woman was on TV because she wanted to be, and she did it to slam Trump. If that's your example of why juries need to be anonymous its a pretty big fail.

Judge Lewis Kaplan found that if the identities of the jurors were publicly known, they’d likely face intense media scrutiny as well as harassment and threats by supporters of Trump, 76. Not to mention the late-night calls stating what happens if they don't vote to convict!

Why would President Trump need to assault someone for sex? I am sure he had dozens of girls throwing themselves at him.

Yes this is the woman who started talking about rape fantasies with Anderson Cooper. When she started talking about that , Anderson Cooper quickly went to a commercial break. It’s hard to believe she would hold up under cross-examination.

The judge should be disbarred for even allowing this case. America is going insane.
To: thegagline
So what about the statute of limitations? Seems like 30 years is a bit long for a sexual assault charge.
To: thegagline
If ever there were cases requiring a change of venue, it would be the ones involving DJT. Whatever happened to being entitled to a jury by your peers instead of a trial of your political enemies?
