The morons in the New York State legislature passed a dubious law called New York Adult Survivors Act.
It allows people that are sex abuse accusers to temporarily file lawsuits that would’ve been barred due to the statute of limitations.
It was passed so Jean Carroll could continue her fantasy lawsuits against the 45th President.
That's our legal system--if a lunatic woman makes a ludicrous accusation against a man, the burden of proof is on the accused to prove his innocence.

For three years, Trump refused to provide his DNA. Then, 4 months after discover had closed, Trump offered to provide his DNA.
The judge noted that Trump refused to provide his DNA for 3 years and it was only after discovery had closed, he changed his mind. Trump lost his motion to reopen. The trial will go forward in April as agreed upon by the parties.
