Democrats can refuse a Congressional subpoena because of hyper-partisan AGs such as Merrick Garland and Eric Holder not prosecuting fellow Democrats.
Meanwhile Butterball Bill Barr did nothing to prosecute any of the crimes committed by FBI leadership, even with a criminal referral from IG Horowitz for Andrew McCabe.
ThatâÂÂs why. The system is completely corrupted for partisan purposes.

I bet that it was Cohen that had the affair with Stormy and because of financial problems wanted to get Trump to pay for it. He will never miss it. Especially if I break up the payments.

He will probably refuse, because even if he is held in contempt, the Democrat toe sucking DOJ will refuse to prosecute. However, if he refuses, the Republicans can still make life miserable for him when they reveal the 600 pages that he withheld from the grand jury.

BREAKING: A newly released document from@mailonline shows that Michael Cohen made a payment in 2018 to pornstar Stormy Daniels with no reimbursement sent from Donald J. Trump. Marxist dem Alvin Bragg needs to close this grand jury investigation immediately, to save himself any further embarrassment.
Like a bunch of NY pinko-commie-lib-red-diaper-doper-babys would consider any evidence in finding Trump guilty ...
If Democrats were even a smidgen ethical, that letter would be game, set, match for Bragg. But Dems are so corrupt and malicious that I have no hope whatsoever they will do the right thing and close this circus down.
Seems likely that some who turned were more than likely blackmailed or even set-up for whatever their twisted deep state minds could conceive.
I thought it was normal for a prosecutor to present only one side to the grand jury. It looks like some ADA accidentally called a witness who revealed Cohen to be a damned liar though. That's not good for Bragg, even from the Dem point of view. Some prosecutors were not on board with Bragg's agenda. Some quit because of the witch hunt.
