Very well put, RL. Exactly right.

They show contempt and disdain for ordinary people all the time. Just look at their horrendous response to the disaster in East Palestine, OH. They HATE people in fly-over country who do all the hard work of keeping the nation going.

The difference is that contracts weren't involved. If a judge rules that the abandonment clause of the contract is somehow nullified or ruled unenforceable, it will have ramifications across many service businesses.

Imagine going after a dry cleaner who finds money or jewelry in a pocket of a coat that was unclaimed after 90 days.

A judge will have to be very careful about finding a Democrat exception to a contractual practice that has been common forever.

Well, he tried the firm, Cracke, Ho & Selphy, but that didn’t work out so well.

I really don’t know how Hunter can claim invasion of privacy when much of the salacious stuff was in his book” Beautiful Things”?

“A judge will have to be very careful about finding a Democrat exception to a contractual practice that has been common forever.”

This lawsuit may prevent evidence from the laptop being used against either Biden until it is determined that it was legally obtained.

This all looks like nothing more than a legal formality to me. It’s a counterclaim to the original lawsuit filed by the computer repair guy.

Any lawyer will tell the defendant in a suit like that to file a counterclaim just to have something on the table that can be used to negotiate a settlement.

A client of mine was once involved in a lawsuit as the plaintiff, and the defendant filed a counterclaim with about 100 alleged statements of fact. My client’s response to the counterclaim was basically comprised of three answers:

1. For about 25% of the alleged facts, the response was: “The Plaintiff denies this.”

2. For another 25% of the alleged facts, the response was: “The Plaintiff acknowledges this to be true, but the statement is not an allegation of any actionable wrongdoing.”

3. For the remaining 50% of the alleged facts, the response was: “The Plaintiff does not have sufficient knowledge to affirm or deny the truth of this statement.”

In other words, the counterclaim was a pile of nonsense.

Hunter even has his own theme song, “A Boy Named Sue” or was it “Screw” (as in America)?

The laptop escheated to John Paul Mac Isaac. It was his, to do exactly whatever he wanted to do with the contents.

I find this suit very peculiar because the contents are already widely available (what a tome! LOFL!).

You could, at this point, put Hunter on the stand and attempt to break him:

"You wanted to be caught, didn't you! You had no intention of returning for these laptops because you had reached your breaking point, isn't that true, MR. BIDEN! You were tired of being an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill!"

And then issue a subpoena for The White Hospice and simply go out on the courthouse steps and demand: "IF Joe Biden wasn't a complete coward, he would appear here and testify to save his son."

Hunter’s lawsuit will fail and his lawyers know this. The real purpose is to cause financial harm to the computer repair man via lawyer fees defending himself and intimidate anyone who goes against the Biden criminal organized crime family. If ever a family was worthy of prosecution under the RICO act it is the Bidens.
