Need to know – Is the CCP preparing for a shooting war?
Center for Security Policy ^ | March 10 2023 | Frank Gaffney, Jr.

Posted on 03/13/2023 9:02:39 AM PDT by Perseverando

Evidence is accumulating that the Chinese Communist Party is poised to add a shooting war to the pre-kinetic “unrestricted warfare” against America in which it has long engaged. Increasingly shrill rhetoric about the United States – including Foreign Minister Qin Gang’s recent comment that conflict is “inevitable” if we do not change course – is being accompanied by, among other things, the stand-up of defense mobilization offices across China.

Center for Security Policy expert Dr. Bradley Thayer says dictator Xi Jinping is preparing his people for the sacrifices associated with a long conventional, or even a nuclear, war with the United States. He believes that will entail violent action against the American homeland, not just our friends, interests and assets in the Western Pacific.

U.S. leaders’ failure to warn our people of this danger, and act now to deter it, is criminally malfeasant.

This is Frank Gaffney.

China: Coming to a neighborhood near you?

What makes you think their saboteurs, special forces, etc. aren't already here?

Hint: Trains aren't going to derail themselves. Chicken farms aren't going to spontaneously combust.

Communist China’s Silent War Against America. For decades, CCP has been using 'unrestricted warfare' to weaken US from within

The Biden administration is probably already drafting a rough copy of the articles of surrender.

I don’t think they want a shooting war, but, they know they can be very bold and do whatever they wish, with Biden at the helm of the free world.

Biden gave the go-ahead to Russia and China, with the desperate and very poorly planned pull-out from Afghanistan, and with the U.S. military getting weaker by the day, Russia and China and other hostile nations, feel that the time to strike is now. They have lees than a 2 year window in which to get as aggressive as they can, before a republican president gets into office, especially somebody like Trump.

Look for the next 2 years to be very worrisome fo the U.S. and its allies.

Why get in a shooting war if they can “win” without one?

The thing they really have to do is build up enough capability to prevent/deter someone else (the US) from starting and winning a shooting war against them.

"Thanks, free traitors. We couldn't have built up our military capabilities without you."

Signed, CCP.

China will bust some kind of aggressive move within the next two years.

They know a window of opportunity when they see it.

I believe about 40% of the US population would welcome a communist government.

Yup. Window of opportunity with Biden in office.

Also, China is facing demographic, economic, and political crises. It is a fragile place. Which means they may choose to take some Bold Action to distract their population or to exert control in an unstable domestic situation.

There are multiple reasons why China may assert itself very soon.

China doesn’t need to wage a shooting war with the U.S. They can just sit on the couch and watch this country collapse in front of their eyes.

Especially if bank failures continue to domino. We could be in an unprecedented economic pandemonium worse than the great depression, what better time to strike!

Why bother?

The ChiComs can do it the easy way, the same way they did with Australia and The Solomons.

They can just buy off our pols.

It may be that preparations for conventional war might be even more useful to clamp down on their own people. At the moment we could be much more easily kneecapped by just refusing to ship out any more goods. Just sit back and watch bedlam ensue without lifting a finger.

They would need to land many millions of men somehow for a conventional war. Through the arctic would prove a hardship. Across the ocean and they would be sitting ducks unless they could effectively destroy us from afar first. Even our trannies would strive to be the new “ladies from hell” probably complete with kilts, and you aren’t going to deal with a billion men if they all have to be transported across long distances. Plus, their entire army is dwarfed by our illegal immigrants alone!

I would think land forces would be more about policing their own, for whatever they have in mind. Starving people might get a little unruly.

Yup. Window of opportunity with Biden in office.

It's true that FJB and his crime family are in the pocket of and effectively controlled by our mortal enemy, Communist China, but then again, FJB isn't running or deciding anything; those in control of FJB's administration and of U.S. policy are running the show and these American communist ideologues are committed to destroying our Republic even if it means Communist China takes all.

That's it - the CCP wants to make the military price of stopping their economic and political expansionism too high for squishy American politicians to bear.

“The thing they really have to do is build up enough capability to prevent/deter someone else (the US) from starting and winning a shooting war against them.”

That is in operation as we speak. In 2022, the US military budget was $1.73T. Aid to the Ukraine was a tad over $59B of weapons transfers and aid. The cost of an F-35 is, all bells and whistles, $110.3M. If my math is correct, not often, you could build over 536 F-35’s with what we’ve wasted there so far for free.

That help?
