...On second thought, few folks like Bill Maher and Scott Adams who make a living from their observations, commentary, and opinions have begun to question their own positions over some long-held beliefs. So these may be signs of a sea change in society taking place. I hope it’s for the better!

Russia’s invasion of Ukraine has exposed the stoogery of the Libertarians.
The worst nightmare of a Libertarian would be The State forcing its civilians into a meat-grinder on the front lines.

They really thought the success in rebuilding Europe and modernizing Japan after WW2 were repeatable in Iraq and even Afghanistan. They were perhaps too optimistic. I don’t think history has settled that question just yet.

What a first a first class a-hole this Das Boot is. He wants us to believe he was completely wrong about every other war up to now but this war in the Ukraine is different. This is the real one not all the other ones he supported. This guy is so much on the payroll of anyone who wants a war and will pay him to say or write something.
