Three Mexican nationals were arrested in El Monte for allegedly possessing one million fentanyl pills and have now been charged with violating federal drug laws.
According to the affidavit, Florencio Camacho Allan, Gerardo Gaixola-Patino and Alex Valdez Oroz, all natives of Sinaloa, Mexico, met with two buyers at an El Segundo restaurant on Tuesday to discuss a 10,000-fentanyl pill sale to be followed by a deal for one million pills.

The White House on Wednesday batted down suggestions from some Republican lawmakers to designate Mexican drug cartels as terrorist groups in the wake of the deadly kidnapping of four Americans, arguing it would have minimal benefits.
“Designating these cartels as [foreign terrorist organizations] would not grant us any additional authorities that we don’t really have at this time,” press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre said at a briefing with reporters. “The United States has powerful sanctions authorities specifically designated to combat narcotics trafficking organizations and the individuals and entities that enable them. So, we have not been afraid to use them.”
They were arrested, so I think we can safely say the word
allegedly has no meaning here.
If they didn’t have the fentanyl, they remain at home.
If they did they’d have been arrested.
They aren’t home, unless bailed already.
I wonder how many people that could kill. Probably every human that ever existed and will ever exist. Twice.

Chinese Fentanyl or Fentanyl precursors. Pills stamped out in Mexico. Both nations are poisoning Americans. Any stupid street drug like percosets can have Fentanyl in them these days. Kids died recently from consuming such percosets

So did they actually find 1 million pills, or they just have some snitch claiming they have 1 million pills?
10,000 pills is a lot. 1 million could be enough to kill the entire population.
China is importing fentanyl into our country with the help of the Mexican cartels. Biden is not stopping any of this because he has been told to stand down. And while all this is going on, this admin and their media is constantly howling about the need to prop up Ukraine.
But the bidens get their cut.
Cut them in half and you have 2 million dead people.
Like it or not the crackdown on prescription pain medications, though they were abused, is directly correlated to the rise in fentanyl. If people are going to abuse drugs, it would be much better they abuse prescriptions filled by pharmacists for medications made by pharmaceutical companies following high FDA regulatory standards than these street drugs made in the barrels in the woods like the bootleggers of 100 years ago.
But alas it is too late. These fentanyl junkies are over the top. You could give them 10 percocets at a time their tolerance is so high they won’t even feel it (and they’d die from the acetaminophen overdose from those anyway). Methadone won’t even work on them. It’s a serious problem.
And yeah, of course, innocent kids who aren’t junkies but just being blissfully ignorant youths are getting murdered by smugglers and our government doesn’t give a crap. No wall. No serious enforcement.
I don’t think it’s a great idea to classify the cartels in Mexico as terrorists so we can do assassination style incursions... but the FBI should quit attacking school marms and abortion protestors and suit up for cartel raids right here in the USA. We need Elliot Ness style action.
If it was one fentanyl pill it would be too much. Are you taking the side of law enforcement or the side of foreign national drug smugglers
I am just saying I don’t trust cop math.
For example, cops bust a guy with one marijuana plant which is 2 inches high and has one leaf. They weigh the plant, clay pot and soil together and claim they found 15 pounds of marijuana
They find a guy with 100 rounds of 223 and an ar15 so they claim that he had 5500 grains of explosives and a military assault weapon
You go to a school board meeting and say to the board members that you will try to get them removed for malfeasance, they tell the news outlets that you made terroristic threats.
You are going 60 in a 55 zone and they claim in court that they had to go over 100mph to catch up with you
In this case there could have been 1 nanogram of fentanyl per pill or 5 micrograms per pill who knows.
All I know is that they always lie about everything because it is what they are trained to do.
Always remember the all the letter agencies, cops, and politicians are your friends, and selflessly want to help you in your pursuit of happiness whatever that may be
Death penalty x 3.

And keep it up when more are caught.
Then watch the fentanyl proliferation start to go down.
If the cartels are labeled terrorists it would immediately open our border to anyone in Mexico that says they live in fear for their lives from the cartels. All would be granted entry with no questions asked other than that one. We don’t need that.
Make all three of ‘em swallow a handful and televise it.
You can weigh them & do the math.
