Wiconsin Republican Sen. Ron Johnson is leading a legislative effort to limit President Joe Biden's ability to unilaterally negotiate agreements with the World Health Organization and he anticipates bipartisan support.
"So my bill is pretty simple," he said on the "Just the News, No Noise" television show. "It just says any agreement that the Biden administration enters into with the World Health Organization will be deemed a treaty, and will need to come before the Senate to be ratified by two-thirds of the body."
He added that the majority of Republicans in the upper chamber were already on board.
"I've already got all but three Republican senators cosponsoring it," he said. "The other three, I just haven't had time to talk to them. I've got a feeling I have all of them."
"I'm telling the Democrats, 'This really ought to pass by 100 to zero.' Congress, the Senate has to reclaim its constitutional authority," he added. "And these agreements the presidents do with international bodies need to come [before] the Senate for ratification; they'll end up being better agreements for America."
Johnson cited the WHO's ties with Beijing as a factor in motivating the bill and lamented an alleged coverup between China and the WHO as to the origins of the COVID-19 pandemic.
"Well, first of all, recognize what a miserable job we did responding to the pandemic, certainly World Health Organization was captured by China," he contended. "It's one of the reasons we still don't know the origin because they cooperated with them and covering it up. So a World Health Organization that does such a miserable job should not be given greater responsibility."

Hopefully, Sen Johnson has more success with this, than he has with all of the damning jab evidence he acquired, at his most excellent physician/scientist roundtables.
I haven’t seen any evidence of those REAL science and REAL medicine based testimonies, having taken effect....for justice, or, to stop the absurd requirements, at the very least.
I do wish him godspeed.

In the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ, and by the authority granted us in His Name in Matthew 16:19, 18:18, and Luke 10:19, we now bind the strongman over all evil spirit powers working in and through the World Health Organization and the person or entity known variously as Joseph Biden, The President of the United States of America, and including any and all CGIs, clones, doubles, doppelgangers, et cetera, et al, and any and every handlers of any type.
We loose onto the strongmen the spirits of confusion, destruction, burning and judgement, and also heavenly warrior angels, to attack and destroy or remove said strongmen. In Jesus’ Name.
We ask that all strongmen be removed and replaced with spirits of Holiness unto the LORD. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
The Constitution does that.
Pity Republicans don’t really push compliance with the Constitution.
There is already a limit on (alleged) President Joe Biden’s ability to unilaterally negotiate agreements...it’s called the Constitution.

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument
Respectfully to post-17th Amendment ratification Sen. Ron Johnson, why doesn't he point out that the states would first need to appropriately amend the Constitution to give the feds the specific power to dictate, regulate, tax and spend in the name of INTRAstate healthcare (Obamacare unconstitutional imo) before the feds can use treaty power to force US citizens to comply with foreign healthcare laws?
Note that the Supreme Court has not only clarified that the states have never expressly constitutional given the feds the specific power to dictate intrastate healthcare, but has also emphasized constitutional limits on federal treaty powers as follows.
”State inspection laws, health laws, and laws for regulating the internal commerce of a State, and those which respect turnpike roads, ferries, &c. are not within the power granted to Congress [emphases added]” —Gibbons v. Ogden, 1824.
"The obvious and decisive answer to this, of course, is that no agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution." —Reid v. Covert, 1957.
Also consider that Thomas Jefferson had used his uncommon common sense as Secretary of State, then later his experience as president of the Senate, to point out that federal government power to make treaties cannot be used as backdoor to bypass the Constitution's Article V process for giving new powers to the fedreal government (my words).
“In giving to the President and Senate a power to make treaties, the Constitution meant only to authorize them to carry into effect, by way of treaty, any powers they might constitutionally exercise.” —Thomas Jefferson: The Anas, 1793.
“Surely the President and Senate cannot do by treaty what the whole government is interdicted from doing in any way.” — Thomas Jefferson: Parliamentary Manual, 1812 .
Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?
The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...
All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.
If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.
If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.
With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.
In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.
Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.
AMEN!
