Previously unseen footage shines a spotlight on Attorney General Garland’s duty to disclose evidence in possession of the government.
Attorney General Garland, in the wake of the disclosures of footage from government cameras showing the “QAnon Shaman,” Jacob Chansley, being guided through the Capitol by uniformed police on January 6, 2021, has an obligation to bring, if he hasn’t done so already, the evidence to the attention of Chansley’s lawyers and the court.
That is the opinion of one of America’s leading defense lawyers, Harvey Silverglate of Boston.

QAnon Shaman’s lawyers should lodge a former complaint with the state bar associations wherever Merrick Garland is a practicing lawyer. Garland is a crooked lawyer.
It seems possible that these videos will help many people...both those already convicted and those still in a holding cell...two years later.
But no one ever accused the Dems of being "ethical."

Unethical is one thing, but does anyone dispute that it’s illegal?

Why did defense for all the 1/6 accused not have full access to all of this video? Isn’t it exculpatory evidence that should have been made available?
Aren’t all of the accused and convicted subject to release on the basis of mistrial and insufficient evidence?
GMTA
politics make for strange bedfellows?
with all the news breaking on the J6 tapes, don’t let this important picture slip through the cracks:
https://leadstories.com/hoax-alert/2021/01/fact-check-pelosi-son-in-law-qanon-shaman.html
details pelosi’s SIL michael vos pictured together with QAnon shaman actor, Jake Angeli at a previous rally on the west coast.
interestingly, vos is married to alexandra pelosi who is also a documentary movie producer who was on the ground in DC on J6 to video the “insurrection” story for her mom.
Withholding exculpatory evidence is a Brady violation. This could get interesting.
I think he took a pleas. But many jurisdictions do allow for appeal in this circumstance.
Shone immediately released with multi million dollar reparations.
Should also sue for the destruction of his Civil Rights
Don’t squeeze the Shaman!
More importantly, DOJ prosecutors could face Brady material violations for knowningly failing to supply exculpatory evidence to defendants who later were convicted or pled guilty. Judges also should face sanctions or even impeachment for endorsing that rtampant and obvious abuse.
The prosecutors that withheld this info should be brought up on charges.
It should be a mandatory jail time of 20 years for knowingly prosecuting someone you know to be not guilty.
He entered peacefully and was escorted around by capital police. Now how is that a crime punishable by 41 months in jail?
