Why did defense for all the 1/6 accused not have full access to all of this video? Isn’t it exculpatory evidence that should have been made available?

Aren’t all of the accused and convicted subject to release on the basis of mistrial and insufficient evidence?

I believe (but haven't researched to refresh my memory) that they were told the recordings were classified due to "methods and assets" of security of the Capitol and Congress.

Evidently there is a separation of powers issue. DOJ can't subpoena congressional documents. They were/are working with documents that congressional leadership handed over to DOJ.

The videos were withheld in order to facilitate the political trials. Combine withholding of exculpatory evidence with DC juries and far Left judges and you can convict anyone of anything and frighten the opposition into silence. These trials are a direct threat to dissidence from proclaimed government orthodoxy.
