Radio giant SiriusXM is slashing hundreds of jobs in what the company says is a cost cutting measure.
In a note to SiriusXM employees on Monday, CEO Jennifer Witz said the company will cut eight percent of its workforce, amounting to some 450 jobs, after a recent review of the outlet’s business.

The nice thing about XM is when you’re doing a long trip, you don’t need to worry about rural areas with spotty coverage as you do with streaming services like Spotify and Apple Music. And I do like some of the DJ’s.

70s on 7 in the morning...Majik Matt...I would like for him to get 50 COVID boosters. He’s a really annoying phuck.

Got you on that!

I miss Cousin Brucie but they still have Casey Kasem’s countdown on Saturday. Brings back some good memories.
Yeah that’s true. Though I use Spotify and you can download your playlists to the device to listen too when you are out of range, or on a plane. But my car has no bells and whistles and I did a 200 mile trip last weekend, terrestrial radio was annoying. Often I drive and just listen to the road.
