Residents in Newburyport are demanding that the City Council replace the Massachusetts flag and seal, claiming that the imagery is problematic and helps promote the state’s racist history. According to the Newburyport Daily News, the Council received a resolution on Feb. 27 asking them to support the work of the Special Commission Relative to the Seal and Motto of the Commonwealth. The Commission, in part, recommended replacing the seal and flag to better reflect the diverse residents now living in Massachusetts.

Residents said the emblems support the idea that White people 'are in charge' of this world'.
Utter BS.

Yes, they believe in rule of men. Jarrett even referred to “Obama’s rule” as if he were king. This is where we are headed without serious pushback. I fear the majority of whites don’t have the stones for it.

Date should be 3.06.2023, not 3.7.2023.
Fat fingers.

It’s a picture on an Indian.
And an arm with a sword coming out of the ground.

People are free to live in societies not created by White people but I would imagine that they would not enjoy it.

Reminds me of the South Park episode about the town flag.

I’ve already sent Massachusetts my suggestion for a new state flag.
I haven’t heard back yet. I guess these things take time.

The cause is dumb, but MA is one of many states with ugly flags.
For aesthetic reasons would be happy if they changed it.

Time to lock up these outraged residents before the racist b*tches hurt somebody. They seem to have a lot of “issues”.

So maybe ten people protest this and Fox makes this a big story.
Meanwhile, every day thousands across the country protest at abortion mills, and they never get mentioned.

Georgia, Mississippi, and South Carolina hope that Massachusetts has a lot of heartache over their respectful heritage. Wait until they go after the Shaw monument because the blacks are being led by a white man.

They get arrested hauled into court, and fined, but somehow that never makes the “news”.

White paper with black in is races.

I think Fox is just playing to conservative outrage more than saying the Indian on the flag is racist.
They know their audience and what will get them clicks.

I thought the arm comes from the 1775 Bedford Flag, but maybe not.
Some people think it's going to cut off the Indian's head.
Here's the supposed lowdown. Take it with a grain of salt.

Those “outraged” lowlifes need to remember that, without white people, THE RACE CARD WOULD BE WORTHLESS. Remember that.

More Lefties with their panties in a knot. The flag shows a native American with a bow and arrow and a star with the motto:
Ense petit placidam sub libertate quietem (By the sword we seek peace, but peace only under liberty). How in the world does this come across as racist. Pure BS.

Jeez..
No one mentions the pine needle on the obverse. It represents Maine, which was part of Mass.
