Why not just toss it overboard and approve a replacement that’s a nice Chinese red color with the hammer and sickle emblem on it? Or, how about a nice rainbow LGBTQIA+ flag with that emblem?

Once Reconstruction was over in the late 1870s / 1880s, many Southern states - with the Democrats back in charge - changed their flags to make a political statement about retaining their pre-Civil War culture, including white supremacy. It was pure politics. Looks like the Liberals / Democrats are at it again, although now they are doing so based on anti-white racial politics.

I lived in Massachusetts and I can tell you that most residents there wouldn't be able to identify the state flag in a multiple choice question, much less find something "racist" about it.

Fact is, most people are too busy working and living their lives to worry about such tripe.

Once again, we are allowing ourselves to be dominated by a small minority of busybody loudmouths with nothing better to do with their lives except try and find offense where there is none.
