ATTORNEY GENERAL SEEKS TO MAKE WASHINGTON THE FIRST STATE WITH POLITICAL PRISONS
Liberty Sentinenl ^ | 3/3/23 | Diane L. Gruber

Posted on 03/03/2023 7:04:51 PM PST by CFW

Washington’s Democrat Attorney General, Bob Ferguson, wants to be governor. He thinks the best way to accomplish his goal is to build gulags & psych hospitals, much like in Soviet Russia, and populate them with Christians, Conservatives and Republicans.

If House Bill 1333 passes and Democrat Governor Jay Inslee signs it (he will), Ferguson’s office will have the power to arrest and/or civilly commit anyone for uttering “wrong” facts. This is a terrifying plan to redefine “domestic terrorism” to punish “conservative” speech.

Ferguson seems especially afraid of “older” Americans because they have more knowledge of and respect for the Bill of Rights THAT EXISTS IN NO OTHER COUNTRY ON EARTH: “What can we do to prevent the radicalization of folks who are a bit older, in their 40s, their 50s, their 60s? And help them to get out of that if they are radicalized.” He mentioned forced counseling.

Open about it because there are no consequences.

The people that elected him, support this.

If Washington makes this law and you are conservative, just leave. Walk away. Sell what you can as fast as you can, file bankruptcy if needed and leave. Let them eat each other.

Only because we’ll allow it to happen.

Then again, complacency is the root cause of almost all of this.

I did. Seventeen years ago.

I could see this, and much worse coming, even back then.

But where do they go? Idaho? Boise is being invaded and overrun by the same liberal scum that are pushing gulags.

Also, there is a way to force a state to abide the constitution, using the Ku Klux Klan act (42 USC Sec. 1983). Normally you cannot sue a state for money damages, however, you can sue a state and make them abide the constitution. This is long settled law, and they will need a pile of documentation, from tons of doctors to make this stick. All a person would need is to file a habeus corpus petition, forcing the goverment to show cause, and you would simply need one doctor to dispute the state's claims. SCOTUS will likely take a very dim view of this "law". Any law which is violative of the constitution is said to be void ab initio meaning it is void at it's inception and carries no force of law. As lawyers, they cannot plead ignorance of the supremacy clause of the constitution. Hence, there is no presumption of immunity from suit, individually or collectively. Hence if they decide to lock someone up, without the law being legal, the state, and the individuals (governor, legislators) can be found individually liable to pay the awards a jury is likely to award. It is the height of idiocy for these power-drunk legislators to think they can get away with this, particularly if the law is aimed at a specific segment of the population, as this seems to be the case here.

As the late, great Seattle talk show host Dori Monson used to say, Bob Ferguson is the most frightening politician in Washington state.

And it is no secret, he wants to be Governor after Dimslee. (he’s from King County so it is a foregon conclusion).

And to think that this guy is so open about it…

All of the commies are out in the open, now, with their plan, and, next moves.

No longer sneaky about it.

They dare you to even question their moves.

THIS IS EXACTLY WHY we have far more fire arms than citizens here in our republic. Keep your powder dry.

The headline left me confused when I first read it. I was thinking Washington DC. And I said to myself that’s not a state. And besides Washington, DC already has political prisoners. And has for years.

Just about all of ‘them’ would love to do this.

But this guy has the arrogance (and stupidity) to say it out loud.

110% unconstitutional

Our Constitution was revoked and made irrelevant on 1/6.

I think the most frightening thing is that Americans would vote for such a person.

An ethical and moral society would not tolerate Ferguson, Hunter Biden, Joe Biden, Fauci, McConnell and all of the rest.

We are sick.

My sis and hubby moved from SF and Sacramento to Boise several years ago

Quite a culture shock going from there to Idaho

But , but Boise has taken a turn for the worse, so they are renting that house and move to the Free State of Florida. They LOVE it there!
