When emergency personnel arrived to the apartment, they found two deceased and one 'critically ill,' the Syracuse Fire Department said in a press release.
While authorities waited for the medical examiner to arrive on scene, police officers began to feel ill within 30 minutes of exposure, citing nausea and accelerated heart rates - both, of which, are symptoms of a tranq overdoses.
.... while at the hospital, while the four were being 'decontaminated,' 'several hospital personnel also began feeling ill,' the fire department said.
Upon this realization, the ER was shut down for more than two hours to 'manage the patients and prevent further exposures.' A total of nine exposures were reported.

It is commonly sold under brand names including Rompun and Anased.
The drug works by stimulating animals' muscles to relax, and also as an analgesic — relieving pain. It does this by prompting less norepinephrine and dopamine to be released into the central nervous system.
The drug is not an opioid but is often mixed with opioids — such as fentanyl — when it is used to augment it. Because of this, people who take it are more difficult to treat with the overdose-reversing drug naloxone.
There’s reports of a new, synthetic opioid, nicknamed Frankenstein...................
When I had horses, The vet used that to sedate them when she came out to float their teeth. Talk about dopey horses.
We need to ban the sale and use of narcan (except for first responders to administer to themselves).
This will help solve the opiod problem a lot quicker.
Heard about that the other day- seriously scary drug. Those who deal in it are murderers. You would think dealers would want their victims/customers to be alive and well so that they get repeat sales, but this drug is outright murder, with potential of killing nearly anyone that uses it- so one has to ask, what is the purpose of it?
New York City is in an advanced state of decay.
Narcan doesn’t work on every drug........................
The thrill and allure of trying something new and dangerous..................
According to th article......”There is no approved antidote for xylazine overdoses in humans, with treatment instead focused on easing symptoms.
Patients who have overdosed are still given naloxone because this will treat other drugs they may also have taken like fentanyl.
But the naloxone itself will not be able to address the impact of xylazine on effects such as breathing problems and blood pressure.”
Wow… I am trying to wrap my mind around how immediate the symptoms were with contact exposure. And.. shutting down the ED after they arrived.
Thanks for posting… this is bad news. Very bad.
More tales in the Naked City.
I assume China is behind it. It weakens the nation. War is what it is.
“..We need to ban the sale and use of narcan..”
Yep.
My brother is a retired paramedic. He told me that on countless occasions when they used narcan to revive an OD, that the druggie would come around and then be totally PO’ed to the point of violence that the medics interrupted their “high”.
Yeah, just banning it, except for the first responder use to protect themselves, will definitely make a huge difference and all by attrition, too.
Dangerous world out there today. So when you see someone doped up run away from them for sure!
Deep state attempt to rid the country of drug users?
China fighting Third Opium War allied with Aztlan satanic cartel axis, next phase overwhelming our medical system?
1) addicts and overdoses
2) COVID
3) drug and equipment shortages
4) take out emergency and medical personnel
Of course we are cooperating with the destruction.
My Wife told me one of her trainers for CPR said one person gets SNAP benefits, goes and buys groceries at a local supermarket then gives the food to his “dealer” who gives him the smack/fent. He then goes into the store’s mens room and shoots up “because the light is good in there. They have had to narcan this joker ten freaking times in the last few months.
ONE such subject is "the pandemic/epidemic/uncontrollable drug or substance that takes over a population."
I have never seen ANY of these movies because I will not allow such sensational negativism enter into my thought processing activities.
I'm no Dr or medical person, but this type of report seems to pop up about twice a year, and quite frankly, I suspect its veracity.
