If he resigns or is declared incompetent before August 18, I think they get to have a special election (which the GOP would win). After that, the Governor gets to appoint a replacement, probably his nutty wife.

These cruel bastards leave that poor man alone, if he is having a bi-polar episode that is private and he has not enough time to heal. Don’t get me wrong I am not a Fetterman suporter just show some compassion for the mentally ill if he is not back in a couple of weeks then start these demands.
