About That “Explosive” Arizona Senate Testimony Alleging Sinaloa Cartel Influence Over Public Officials

Posted on 02/26/2023 6:23:26 PM PST by E. Pluribus Unum

If it sounds too good to be true….

Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days.  If you have seen the video testimony of Ms. Jacqueline Breger in front of the Arizona Senate Committee investigating election issues, this outline is intended to help you navigate the story.

On February 23, 2023, Ms. Breger delivered testimony to the Arizona Senate claiming documentary evidence that shows judges, politicians, police, local and state officials as well as multiple groups, organizations and individuals associated within government and elections operations the state of Arizona are being bribed and under the influence of the Sinaloa Cartel from Mexico.

It is not coincidental that everything associated with this story seems explosive and astounding.  It is also not coincidental that you could spend hours looking for specific details of the allegations, including watching interviews with each of the participants, and not find your answers.  Things are NOT what they seem.

I am going to start by sharing the 42-minute video {direct Rumble Link here} of the allegations made by Ms. Jacqueline Breger, because this is the origination from which all downstream story details originate. This testimony hit the web and exploded in the alternative media ecosphere.

Whoa! That’s really going back. About 20 years back. No wonder details eluded me.

These allegedly fraudulent trust deeds to Katie Hobbs should be quite easy to analyze and determine if they are indeed fraudulent. Has there been any independent analysis of this data yet?

The guy who created this story is a california based lawyer. The news stories focus on Katie Hobbs, but this lawyer’s ex wife (whom he had previously accused of kidnapping their son) and his ex mother mother in law are central to the story. So central, that there’s no story without them. The lawyer’s new flame? The Breger lady who did the testifying.

Lock it in, final answer, absolute garbage.

Yep. What you say is fact.

And what's worse is he was the one vote margin. His treason blocked everything.

Boyer took a completely unscheduled trip to a cartel city in Mexico the weekend before the Az Senate vote and then changed his vote from yea to nay and became a virulent opponent of election fraud scrutiny.

I can completely believe that the cartels are very active in plumba or plata style corruption, bribes and extortion to Arizona politicians, LEOs, Border Patrol, civil servants and business people. It explains a lot of otherwise inexplicable behaviors

GP does not “break news”. They regurgitate the work of others with splashy headlines designed to get clicks.

It’s a fact. Since they do this so often they inevitably are correct here or there, but their track record for stories like this is not great but they don’t care - they are on to the next boom, shock, and breaking headline to get clicks. They plagiarize and sometimes they don’t even credit the original author of the story as they steal the most salacious content for a juicy headline.

FWIW - I could easily believe the premise of the story because the big cartels are big business and nobody loves to get massaged by big business more than an American politician.

As corrupt as many AZ politicians are, and I don’t need to name them because everyone in AZ knows who they are for the most part, I have no trouble at all believing this testimony to be true and then some.

I do want to see independent (real) fact checkers who know how to read and decipher legalese language go over all of it so the sooner that happens, the better.

Okay folks, this is a story that dragged me into a rabbit hole for two days.

Well, there are many rabbit holes, how can you be sure you went down the right rabbit hole?

Also, you really do not provide an unambiguous conclusion as to what conclusions you really gleaned from your rabbit hole journey, and you certainly didn't offer up any examples or proof either.

Not saying you are right or wrong, just that I can't assess anything, because you offer nothing for anyone to really assess except her testimony.

Are you planning to provide that at a later date, or is that buried within the post somewhere and I haven't seen it yet?

Yes to your question.

Many separate certified forensic examiners have attested the deeds and their assignents are fake and fraudulent.

The recorded documents are public record and online. This has gone on for decades but only in the last ten years has online discovery been possible making it less onerous to determine the extent of the crime.

The nonpublic evidence will be kept under wraps until lawsuits are filed.

If Hobbs and others implicated feel they are defamed, they may file a lawsuit with declaration rebutting the allegations. They haven’t, why?
